Panorama Stay, Pool, Balcony and Mountain View

Fantastisk udsigt. Gåafstand til byen. Dejlig stor lejlighed med mange faciliteter.

Bookede kun fordi der var pool. Rejste med to børn i juli måned og vidste det ville være varmt. Havde først fundet et andet sted som lå tættere på centrum og som kostede mindre. Men vi valgte denne lejlighed istedet kun pga poolen. To dage før vi skulle ankomme fik vi besked om at poolen var lukket pga hedebølge. Da det kun var to dage før kunne vi ikke annullere. Fik dog 10 % tilbage men det var ikke ret meget. Da vi kom var det tydeligt at den pool ikke havde været i gang i meget lang tid. Så tænker godt vi kunne have fået besked tidligere så vi kunne have nået at annullere.

Great location for us, good small apartment with one bedroom and one living room space with a sofa bed. Bikes are very handy to get around too!

We had issues with several things. The pool was a big plus but was green with algae, so had clearly been unused for a good while! We were told it was out of use a few days before we arrived. This wasn’t a big deal for us, but still we were paying for this advertised facility. The bikes were great but one of them had a busted tyre. It was ideal and a bit dangerous to cycle on, but due to the length of our stay and immediate need for it, we had no choice. There was no air conditioning, just a single fan. The owner dropped us another off after we asked, but it was very hot due to the heatwave and it would’ve been good to have on arrival. The shower was blocked and didn’t drain well. We were given a solution to pour down, but again this probably should’ve been checked before we arrived. And there are no blinds or door to the kitchen. So the sofa bed in the living room is lit up immediately as the sun rises! This needs correcting for it to be a proper place to sleep. It’s a nice place but just needs some more care and attention to make it top level. For us it was still a very good stay. The owner was very attentive when we gave feedback and requests, so I would still recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Balkon ist traumhaft, man hat dort komplett seine Ruhe/ Privatsphäre und kann ungestört den Ausblick geniessen. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall bei einem nächsten Besuch in Annecy wieder buchen.

Der Pool war leider nicht in Betrieb, aber zum See läuft man nur 10 Minuten (traumhaft zum Baden)
