Spacious apartment in the heart of Annecy

Great apartment very close the the lake and old town. The host was great at communicating and went above & beyond to greet us and gives us tips about things to do around town and help with parking. The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The apartment had an abundance of everything one would need. The balcony was a nice little extra. Lots of cutlery, plates, glasses. Great cooking facilities. A quick minute walk to the Lake. Very clean. Great decor. Perfect! Good communication with and from owner. Location superb.

Flat was in a perfect location! Walk to old town and lake. There was a lovely cafe attached to building as well as a bike hire shop where we rented a bike to ride round the lake.

the power sockets were not great! a couple hanging off the wall.

Very clean and modern apartment in a perfect location

The host was very welcoming and answered any questions we had before and after arrival. Great location for exploring the lake and near old town. The apartment was modern, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the 5 day trip.

It did get a little hot in the apartment at times, but it was 37 degrees and didn't detract from the stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in Annecy.

We loved the location, with quick access to the train station, the lake and the old town. The hosts were friendly and available. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms quiet and dark. We slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped and we utilized the dining area and balcony. Perfect for two friends. We‘d return and recommend to others.

Lovely central place to stay in Annecy.

Host, Sophie, very friendly and helpful. Apartment superbly located, 2 mins to lake, <5 mins to old town. Apartment lovely, quiet, clean, well appointed, small balcony, perfect for 4 adults, plus has a pull out couch, though would then be tight. Place has everything you will need. There is a carrefour close by at the edge of the old town, <5 mins walk. Loads of bike hire close by, well worth a cycle around the lake, 40km. E-bike or regular, a few climbs but nothing mad. We used Velo du Lac, left out the door and left at the corner, 30 secs from front door. Many lovely restaurants in new and old town serving local and international cuisine. Would highly recommend Annecy and specifically this apartment.

Affordable and Adorable

This apartment was wonderful. The shower was modern and spacious, there was an outlet near the mirror in the bathroom to make getting ready easy, the beds and couch were comfortable, all of the rooms had blackout shades installed for sleeping, the balcony was adorable, and it was only a few steps away from the lake. Our host was also kind and gracious and made checking in very simple. This was the best apartment of our two-week vacation and the most affordable.

There is no sink in the room with the toilet. This can be mildly frustrating but is not uncommon.

Amazing Annecy Apartment

The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were great with a washing machine a welcome sight! The location, adjacent to the park and Lake Annecy was ideal, with parking just a short walk away. Access to the old town was a few minutes walk. Our host made some excellent recommendations, some of which we happily followed up. We were traveling with our adult daughter and it was nice to have the additional space this apartment offers.We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to spend some time in Annecy.

Excellent séjour!

Au cœur d’Annecy, situation exceptionnelle. Grand appartement , très propre, bien équipé et au calme . Excellent accueil de Sophie et réponse rapide lors des échanges. Le grand centre d’informations touristiques juste en face de l’appartement , nous a permis d’attendre l’heure de notre bus et ensuite de marcher jusqu’à la gare.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy. Tout était parfait !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte Sophie. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans l'immeuble de l'appartement ce qui était très appréciable. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. A deux pas du lac, des commerces et de la vieille ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, décoré avec goût, cosy et confortable. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Exceptionnel pour l'emplacement, l'aménagement, la décoration, le confort

Emplacement à coté du lac et de tous les commerces. Appartement refait à neuf. Aménagement fonctionnel et de qualité. Beaucoup de gout pour la décoration et le choix des matériaux et du mobilier. Très propre, tout est bien pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable.
