Locatie is top, alles op loopafstand. Lift aanwezig en goede bedden. Schoon en goede communicatie. Annecy is een prachtige stad om te verblijven.
Geen zeep, douche en shampoo aanwezig, helaas. Bankbed is kapot, reparatie nodig. Et une grande catastrofe in Frankrijk, geen kurkentrekker aanwezig!?😅👍🏻

La salle de bain pas de pression d eau à la baignoire et eau impossible de changer la température pour prendre un bain trop chaude voir dangereux pour les enfants

Location
Poor concierge service - except for Hugo who was day 2 into his new job and did his best. No sheets provided for sofa bed until 24 hrs after check in - no response from concierge service despite requesting them at 4.30pm just after we checked in. Front door Lock changed mid stay & I was informed via email aporox the same time as I arrived back to discover I could not access the apartment & after multiple unanswered phone calls I collected key from office 10 mins walk away. A lot of sand (I’m guessing it was sand?) on the bedroom floor. No bread knife, no bottle opener.
