Great location near lake and old town. Modern, well-equipped facilities and good value for 2 bedrooms.
Settee uncomfortable but not an issue for us as we were out and about enjoying Annecy.

Location was superb, lovely bright and airy apartment. Excellent communications with host. Would recommend. Thank you.
It’s accessed by steep stairs. Also bathroom door was broken. Host did send a technician to fix, but was unable to. Hopefully this is rectified for next guest. Sofa very uncomfortable, cushions don’t fit properly

Location is excellent
On arrival the property was left with windows wide open, it was 1 degree outside. They have changed normal radiators for a/c heating which is useless and the property remained freezing cold for two days that we stayed even with it turned to maximum heat. Take slippers, floor is so cold you cannot walk on it.
Property was very dusty under beds etc , it has not been cleaned properly for a long time.
