Good location. Garage inside building. New building.

Location. Garage inside the building for car. (Awesome in that region). Building relatively new. Easy to dump trashes. God Washing machine and dryer for clothes.

We came inside the apartment and was dishes inside the washing machine. A LOT OF DUST that we have to clean before use the apartment. The keys should be delivered more easy than have to make an appointment with the hostess because we did not know what exactly the moment that we get there. As we are driving in different country it could be more difficult to assure the exact time.

The stove was mixed with water. The apartment is different than the one they advertised in the picture. The staff is not pleasant. The parking is very tight.

Perfect stay in a lovely modern, comfortable apartment.

Nicolas was very welcoming showing us around the property when we arrived. Let us park the car in a private garage on early arrival and let us know when the apartment was ready. Apartment was modern with great powerful shower, good air con, very comfortable clean beds. Lived the sunny mornings on the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel pool, lake and mountains. Bliss. Had everything you would need to cook, but who would with the local food! Great walking location to restaurants and bars. Stock up on essentials for the fridge as there are no large shops nearby if you want drinks and snacks. We lived our stay here. Just perfect.

Great stay, would definitely come again

Comfortable, garage parking in busy city, next to lake, easy access to cycle lanes, air con was great as very hot, balcony overlooking lake, spacious and comfortable, comfy beds, good kitchen facilities to self cater.

Could have had more dishwasher tablets, nice if had paper and a few of the basic cooking thinks that you don't want to have to buy whole bottles of, eg olive oil.

the location and facilities at the apartment and the easy check in

no cleaning service no one to carry your language and if there is a family without men it is difficult you can’t open the balcony since lots of mosquitoes no towel will be given if you used the one you got so you need to manage

Excellent apartment and location

Lovely apartment in a brilliant location just outside the town of Annecy. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and everything you need is there. the toilet and bathroom (with sink and shower) are two separate rooms which was great for five people sharing.

Instead of messaging the property through Booking.com, you deal with the concierge through messaging. There was only one roll of toilet roll in the apartment so we had to request they leave more.

Location was spot on . Very close to the lake . Good size balcony with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains . It was very well equipped. The booking in and out was so easy , Nicolas was very helpful . Breakfasts were perfect and delivered to the apartment door .

The cleaning could have been a bit better . Especially the floor .

Excellanet séjour dans cet appartement,

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement en lui même: excellent emplacement, de très bons équipements, une bonne literie et surtout la vue !

Nous regrettons beaucoup la qualité de service de la Conciergerie. En effet, on nous a remis les clés sans explications sur le logement (chauffage, entrée principale... ). Nous avons eu ensuite un désagrément/ Nous avons loué ce logement avec un canapé lit, or il n'y avait aucun linge pour lit : pas de draps, pas de coussins. Nous avons trouvé une couette dans un placard mais tachée et constaté sur le matelas du canapé lit de nombreuses taches. Mon mari a donc du dormir sur le canapé non équipé. J'ai du contacter plusieurs fois la conciergerie pour être sûr d'avoir la literie.

비교적 관광지 중심지와 약간 떨어져 있어서 조용한 것은 좋았습니다.

1. 숙박중 스텝의 도움이 필요할 경우 전혀 응답하지 않습니다. 호텔닷컴을 통해 수차례 전화하고 메일로 메세지를 보내도 답변도 없고 응답도 없습니다. 아주 불편합니다. 비가 온 후의 아침 외기 온도가 6~7도까지 떨어져 많이 추워서 난방설비 작동법을 알려주라는 몇차례의 요청을 묵살합니다. 전원 스위치 이상으로 실내 전등이 켜지지 않아서 스탠드 등을 이용하여 어둡게 하룻밤을 보냈는데 이 또한 메일과 전화로 수차례 도움을 요청하였지만 묵살당했습니다.

Ontzettend smerig, veel defecte zaken. NIET BOEKEN.

Het verblijf was zo slecht dat wij direct dezelfde avond zijn vertrokken. Het beviel ons dus totaal niet.

Allereerst is het ontzettend lastig naar de accommodatie te navigeren. Alle navigatieapps die we gebruikten stuurden ons de verkeerde kant op. De conciërge spreekt geen Engels en wij geen Frans. Instructies via de telefoon zijn daardoor niet mogelijk. Hij kwam niet verder dan het adres te herhalen. Eenmaal aangekomen blijkt de privé parkeerplaats zo klein dat de auto net past. Maar uitstappen en uitpakken is haast onmogelijk. Bovendien sluit de deur van de garage niet helemaal en stinkt het naar urine. In het appartement zelf rook het sterk naar etenslucht. Zelfs een uur luchten hielp niet. Het appartement was ontzettent smerig. Overal viezigheid en stof. Zelfs een gebruikte pleister en spermavlekken in de kussens op de bank en dekens op de bedden. De doekjes die we over de tafel, het aanrecht en de kasten haalden werden zwart van het vuil. De oven was vies, het glas van de kookplaat was gebroken, de afzuigkap werkte niet. De vaatwasser stonk gigantisch naar rioollucht. Diverse zaken hingen los, zoals de ring om je handdoek op te hangen. De prullenbak op de badkamer werkte niet. De afvoerstop in de badkamer werkte niet. De kranen waren volledig verkalkt. Buiten lag vuil op het balkon, inclusief sigarettenpeuken. Het bestek was niet schoon, de besteklade was niet schoon. Al met al zo slecht dat we daar niet konden verblijven. We hebben onder stress diezelfde avond nog een andere accommodatie moeten zoeken. En het allerergste? De conciërge heeft op geen enkele manier geprobeerd met een oplossing te komen. De verhuurder heeft ons annuleringsverzoek geweigerd (let op: de annuleringsverzekering van Booking.com is niets waard). De verhuurder vroeg nog wel om meer informatie maar reageert gewoon nergens op. En Booking.com neemt ook geenszins verantwoordelijkheid. We mogen dus een jurist in de arm nemen om ons geld terug te krijgen. Schandalig.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Annecy, pour sa proximité avec la ville et le lac.

L’appartement est très bien situé, vue sur le lac d’Annecy. Juste à côté de la vieille ville. Nous avons pu visiter Annecy à pied, ce qui était très plaisant.

L’appartement n’est pas bien entretenu. Le sol est très sale, beaucoup de traces sur les murs, machine à laver sale et jamais nettoyé au vu de son état, aspirateur cassé, pas de quoi laver le sol… par contre les draps sont propres et changés par la société Elis. Un agent était présent à l’arrivée et une autre à notre départ. Tout deux étaient fort agréables.

Très bel appart pour visiter Annecy

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le centre ville d’Annecy. Parking en sous sol. Vue sur le lac. Terrasse super agréable. Appart très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Accueil par Nicolas très sympa !

La télécommande de la clim du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû allumer la clim manuellement en grimpant sur une chaise (Nicolas notre hôte nous a conseille de le faire !)

Très bon séjour en bord de lac, propreté à revoir sérieusement

La situation de l’appartement est top, à 5min à pied de la vieille ville et de ces jolies ruelles. Nous avons tout fait à pied ou en vélo ! Appartement bien équipé et confortable, dans une résidence de standing avec un garage en sous sol, literie très confortable, linge de lit et de toilette très apprécié. Appartement spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et une grande terrasse, 2 grandes chambres très agréables. Accueil et restitution des clefs très agréables, à l’heure que nous souhaitions et avec le sourire.

L’appartement n’est pas propre, il nécessite un véritable ménage en profondeur plusieurs fois dans l’année, lave-main des toilettes et robinetteries de la salle de bain encrassés de calcaire, bouilloire et cafetière très sale et pleines de calcaire, toiles d’araignées, poussières +++ sur les étagères et meubles, bouches d’aération encrassées,… bref juste pour ce point là, la location ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles !!!! C’est décevant !
