Great value in a perfect location close to the water and to the old city. Really good for families!

The location and the set up in the apartment was perfect.

The instructions were somewhat sparse. We are just about to leave and we still don't know where we should put our garbage because it was never specified.

Clean and very comfortable apartment with large main bedroom with good storage. Well equipped kitchen and dining areas

Spacious lounge and well equipped compact kitchen. Large fridge. Bathroom is compact and toilet is in separate room which was good, off the bathroom. Very comfortable large bed. Lovely big windows that could be opened to let in fresh air. Easy instructions to follow and good communication for checking in.

The lift was not available for use to the apartment on the first floor, about 20 stairs to go up.

Lovely well-located apartment in such a beautiful venue.

Location was ideal - close to the station and the centre. Short walk to the lake, the old town and some lovely beaches. Lots of outdoor fitness activities. Good shopping and cafes etc. It is above a healthy mini supermarket which was so useful too. The apartment was very well equipped, nice rooms and shower and easy to get in and out of the building whilst feeling safe and secure. It is on the first floor. It was private and not overlooked.

There really was nothing that we did not like. There is no view from the apartment. We weren’t expecting one and all was as described. Obviously a terrace overlooking the lake and mountains would have been nice but probably would have needed a much bigger budget ;)

Nice apartment in a fantastic location.

Really well located - close to the lake, the old town, station/bus station and shopping centres, yet in a quiet street. Nice sized apartment, and comfortable.

We were in a heat wave so it was very hot! The portable air conditioning unit helped though, but hot at night.

Great location and service!

The location is great - it’s close to the old town and the lake, but also located at a quiet part of the city. Laurene was responsive and helpful and contactable at all times. Sufficient amenities (more than enough clean towels). We got an early check-in.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful city

Spacious two bedroom unit with well equipped kitchen, washing machine, three beds. Quiet location on pedestrian street, 15 minute walk from the park, beach, old town, and bus-train station. Annecy is a wonderful city to visit and this is a good choice of accommodation.

No deck. Removing duvets to obtain sheets is an unnecessary nuisance. Slow shower drain risked flooding the bathroom.

Ideal

The property was centrally located and just a 10 minute walk from the station. The communication between ourselves and Laurène was clear and any queries were answered right away. Ideal spot to explore the town of Annecy. Well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking. 😊

Un sejour inoubliable

Appartement ultra calme proche de toutes les commodites et a 5 minutes a pied du lac. Appartement lumineux et excellente litterie. Cuisine equipee et lave-vaisselle neuf. Un excellent sejour. Excellent contact avec la concierge. Merci a Laurène.

Au top !

Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Annecy. Il est très confortable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très réactifs. Avant notre arrivée nous avons reçu un guide nous permettant d’avoir les informations nécessaires pour l’appartement mais aussi pleins de bonnes recommandations pour des visites, activités, restaurants et autres. Je recommande vivement !!

Logement bien équipé, bien situé, accès facile et communication rapide.

Nous avons demandé pour accéder au logement en avance afin de déposer notre sac (15h30 au lieu de 17h00) et ça nous a été refusé. Dommage.

Une belle adresse en plein cœur d' Annecy

Emplacement exceptionnel. Appartement bien équipé. Contact à l'écoute.

Quasiment rien. Peut être la vue côté salon et chambre un peu triste mais en contrepartie calme absolu. WC accessibles uniquement par la salle de bain donc un peu moins pratique à plusieurs, mais c'est assez anecdotique.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en Haute Savoie

Très bon accueil de l'hôte, très bon emplacement. L'appartement est pratique à vivre pour une famille avec deux enfants. L'appartement est très bien exposé.

L'appartement est au premier étage sur une cour fermée et manque donc un peu de dégagement, parfois de luminosité mais nous l'avions vu et n'avons pas été surpris ni déçu.
