Comfortable apartment in quiet area but still close to everything.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Concierge met us on arrival and explained everything.

There were no toiletries as advertised. Soap dispensers were empty.

Annecy was beautiful and worth visiting, apartment managers were terrible.

The location was excellent being 2 minutes to the lake and just a 10 minute walk into town. Being a group of 3 we did like having the 2 bathrooms. Latifa, who met us at the apartment, was wonderful and provided us with lots of information and directions. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely comfortable.

Not long after we checked into the apartment we discovered that the lock of the glass sliding door to the ground level terrace was broken. It had been taped over and gave the appearance that it had been broken for a long time. Anyone could enter the apartment from the street. This was a huge unforgivable security risk. Nothing was done about fixing the lock during our 5 night stay.

Relaxing, pleasant and everything we wanted.

It could do with a new drying rack. The living room lamp needs fixed or replaced.

No Air Condition - Too hot during spring/summer

Fully equipped kitchen with all the accessories needed to fix family dinner/lunch. The location is great, near the lake with short walking distance. The concierge was responsive. 2 big bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nearby supermarket.

First and foremost no air conditioning, it was super hot all the time. Fans that do exist in each room, are not enough and provide no solution. Appartment located on ground floor, so even opening the windows to get some fresh air and circulation is not a real option. Property owners provide only 1 dishwasher tablet, so if you plan to use it, you need to buy extra. Only 3 toilet paper rolls are provided, if you need more, you need to buy it at the store.

Great place - beautiful town

Super location - 5 minutes by bus from the train station, close to the lake and at the right side of town for the 2 main city beaches. Also close to bike hire and shops. Not noisy at night. Decent kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Annecy itself is beautiful

Our stay coincided with hot weather and air conditioning would have been useful in the evenings. However there were a few good electric fans which helped.

Perfect stay at Annecy

I highly recommend this apartment! Such a warm comfortable accommodation. Everythihg was perfect! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is supplied with everything needed, it's super clean and the location is perfect - close to the old town, but bot in the middle of the noise and mess. We also booked a transfer with them to the airport at a great price.

No board to can use with the iron! No free parking available at the location! No safety box available to can use and put our important things such as a passports! We couldn’t sleep well as no air condition available! Based on all those issues that we faced during our stay, expect 50% of the cost we paid to be refund

The apartment is amazing, good location near the lake, 15 minutes walk from the old city. free parking about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Very clean kitchen has every thing you need and there are two bathrooms.

If you are more than 4 people the coach is not that cormftable for sleeping.

The location of the apartment is really close to the lake and main attractions. Parking in front of the building hasn't been problematic (although payed - public parking). One has every single thing needed in a house, very nicely fitted.

It's a wonderful apartment in a very good location. Street parking is possible right there, it's a paid one but very reasonable especially if you use a car during the day for travels. The appliances inside are very high quality, it's a pleasure tu use this kind of forks, knifes, plates, e.t.c. The beds are very comfortable, two full bathrooms. Good Job!

Geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom See.

Erdgeschoss-Wohnung in Neubau-Mehrfamilienhaus. Umfangreiche Ausstattung von gut bestückter Küche bis Waschmaschine. Lage nah am See - von dort gemütliche weitere 15min zur Altstadt. Netter Kontakt, der keine Fragen offen ließ.

Preislich schon sehr gehoben aber dem schönen gefragten Annecy wohl angepasst.

Le indicazioni forniteci tramite Whatsapp erano molto precise e al nostro arrivo c'era ad attenderci per la consegna delle chiavi Latifa, persona gentilissima e disponibile che ci i ha fatto vedere l'appartamento e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie (tra l'altro parla anche italiano). L'appartamento posto al piano rialzato è bello, luminoso, spazioso, funzionale con due comodi bagni non grandi ma con docce spaziose. Letti comodi. La posizione è ottima in quanto a due passi dal lago e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Si può parcheggiare sotto casa o nelle vie laterali (il parcheggio è a pagamento durante il giorno ma gratuito dalle 18 alle 9). Se tornassi ad Annecy lo risceglierei.
