Nice place but I was unaware of no Airconditioner

Location was great!

Unaware no air conditioning nor dishwasher. Also sheets were soiled.

honestly nothing!! only thing i will say though is that is you have back problems take the master room haha the bed is more comfy.

I won’t be back

Half roll of toilet paper when we arrive. Missing bean bag and soap in the bathroom. Bed were very uncomfortable

Fabulous

The apartment and location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The minor snag we had was that the fete du lac was on the day we arrived and thus a lot of roads were closed and so the cleaning team didn’t arrive till late, hence we could only give an average rating for the cleaning. Great having a washing machine.

Ideally we would of liked 2 sets or keys or to know what the apartment number was so we could let people in to the building from the apartment door. Dishwasher would have been nice but not essential.

Le plan de travail était collant ce qui est un petit peu dérangeant. Mis à part ça il n’y avait rien de négatif

Bel espace et proximité

Proximité du lac, des commerces, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture. Place de parking gratuite devant l'immeuble. Plutôt calme. Grand espace dans l'appartement. Deux chambres, idéal avec des ados. Le wifi et la Freebox. Très bien indiqué, bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Manquait de la propreté, notamment les toilettes et les serviettes.

Herrie van kruispunt en discotheek; huisje was niet compleet, diverse zaken waren niet schoon sommige zaken kapot, moeizame communicatie; heel weinig opgelost; afrader.

Super séjour à Annecy!!

Appartement super agréable, lumineux, bien équipé, bien décoré et bien situé. Près du lac et du centre. Facile de se garer. Lit confortable.

Gros problème de ménage. Le sol collé, nos chaussettes étaient noires. Idem pour le plan de travail. Même après avoir passé la serpillière, le sol collé toujours… très désagréable.. Manque un étendoir, celui sur le balcon est complètement cassé. C’est dommage pour le ménage car sinon l’appartement est parfait..
