Clean, quiet and convenient

The location. Quiet but close enough to walk to the lake and old town.

The wrong keys were left in the mailbox which was very difficult to see and use. I’m glad we didn’t arrive at night.

Superbly located away from the overcrowded old town

The location was excellent;close to the lake and 5 minutes from an excellent range of local shops and eateries. The apartment was super clean with everything you need to cook if you choose to. Lovely decor and the balcony was a bonus and suitable for 2.

Accessing the property was tricky and was referred to a previous email but once that was sorted it was all good. Perhaps a short text on the day of arrival with Block:/ letterbox number and code for key safe would be helpful.

A hidden jewel in Annecy

The decoration of the apartment was exquisite. very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. will definitely be back an recommend. Parking nearby was also very good and easy and free.

A little nearer the town centre (30 mn walk along the lake) would be better but the quality of the apartment makes up for it.

Very good

Smooth and straight forward self-checkin system which we loved. The little balcony is a great bonus. The place is thought out and furnished very nicely.

Nothing really. It we had to be extremely picky, we'd say the smell used in the toilet is too strong and got us all kind of dizzy :D but that wasn't even something negative

Superb host. Great location so close to the lake and easy cycle to the stunning Old city of Annecy

We loved the excellent location, 5 mins walk from a little grocery shop and a couple of bakeries and of course the lake. Fully kitted out kitchen with all the equipment one needs including a washer dryer. Spotlessly clean throughout. What we liked most was Anne the host. She was amazing and went way above and beyond for us.

Peak season it can be hard to get parking but with persistence always got a space. The thing we liked least was the road noise. This may have been a consequence of the time of the year we were there plus with the warm weather we experienced we had all the windows open.

Appartement idéalement situé.

Cet appartement est très bien situé. A quelques pas seulement du lac d'Annecy, il est également très proche du bus ou à une petite demi-heure à pied du centre ville. L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable et bien décoré. Il est également propre et la literie est plutôt confortable. De plus, il est possible de venir avec son animal de compagnie. Bien que l'appartement donne sur une rue passante, il n'y avait pas trop de nuisance sonore la nuit, permettant de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Des commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied également. Pour finir, la propriétaire est réactive et très sympathique.

Le balcon au sixième étage n'est pas sécurisé, impossible de laisser un animal ou un jeune enfant s'y rendre, il n'y a pas de filet de sécurité. Bien que les animaux soient acceptés, moyennant un supplément, il n'y a rien à disposition pour eux, ils ne peuvent pas se rendre dans le jardin qui est pourtant grand et bien clôturé, c'est le seul bémol puisque nous avons choisi cet appartement principalement parce qu'on pouvait y amener notre chien.

Très bien très propre et bien localisé. L’arrivée se fait de manière autonome.

Le grand lit est petit. Seul ça va mais à deux c’est petit. Difficile de se garer aux alentours.

Appartement cosy et très propre mais sans parking.

Appartement très propre et bien aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité. Même si le bâtiment est ancien et pas très sexy.

Le vrai point noir est qu’il n’y a pas de parking, il faut se garer dans la rue et c’est très compliqué. J’avais sélectionné le parking dans mes choix, et il apparaît dans la sélection, ce qui est anormal, dans ce cas tous les appartements ont un parking…..
