A stylish and roomy apartment ideal for our family stay in Annecy.
The apartment was stylish, roomy and fully equipped. Good communication with the letting agency.

Schönes 3 Schlafzimmer Apartment mit Parkplatz
Super schönes Apartment mit 3 Schlafräumen einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Der LG Fernseher ist der Hit!! Betten sind gut und sehr bequem. Die Heizung ging gut, wenn auch nachgebessert werden musste. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war Gold wert. Die Conciergerie war stets mit Hilfe und Ersatzheizung sowie zusätzlichen Decken zur Stelle. Die Lage ist fußläufig (etwa 8 Min) zur Innenstadt von Annecy. Schönes 1. Bad im Schlafbereich und etwas erneuerungsbedürftiges Bad im 2. Schlafbereich. Die Toilette (Nur 1) ist sehr gut, weil separat von den Bädern. Entspanntes Duschen mit BT- Lautsprecher ist möglich. Sehr schöner Balkon an der Küche und ein von uns weniger genutzter am Schlafzimmer 3.
Die E-Geräte in der Küche sind schon etwas abgenutzt, wenn auch alle von funktionsfähig. Kochfeld mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Duschabtrennung im Schlafbereich 1 ist verkehrt herum eingebaut. Daher spritzt Wasser heraus. Der Defekte Heizkörper im Bad 2 hat uns gestört. Da wird es doch kalt. Conciergerie sorgte für Ersatz. Repariert werden sollte er schon.

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo, consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Annecy.
Della struttura mi è piaciuta la grandezza (adatta a 6 persone), la luminosità, l’accoglienza.
Non mi è piaciuto il wc separato dal resto del bagno e il fatto che fosse solo un wc per sei persone, ma siamo riusciti comunque a gestirci bene.

A great spot to explore the area!
It was clean, everything we needed and in a great location. The lady we met to hang over the keys was lovely and available to ask questions.

Quartos bons, amplos. Apartamento limpo com cozinha bem equipada. Estacionamento gratuito muito bom. Localização muito boa.
Toalete separado, pouco arejado. Sem climatização que para o verão fica difícil o conforto térmico pois os dias são muito quentes 37°C

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito, cucina ben accessoriata. Molto luminoso Vicino al centro. Posto auto privato nel cortile. L'incaricato della agenzia molto gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere. Appartamento sicuramente molto consigliato.
