location central to everything, comfortable and parking was a huge benefit. it allowed us to venture off and hike 3 different parts of the alps in the day and return to enjoy Annecy in the evenings.

The apartment is bright and clean equipped well for a comfortable stay. The location is about 5 to 10 mins walk to most location in the old town which is very quiet and clean.

Loved Annecy old town and the Lake area

Within close walking distance of all amenities. Secure parking. 2 double beds. Good quality modern fixtures and fittings.

Lack of working surfaces in kitchen made it quite awkward to prepare food etc. No toilet in bathroom, only a separate one.

Excellent location with annecy centre 10 mins walk away plus the comfort of a garage to drive around lake and other locations. Well sized apartment including all amenities and super clean.

Bel appartement très bien situé. Proche des commerces et fonctionnel. Les attentions à l'arrivée sont très appréciables. Le service de conciergerie est très disponible et à l'écoute, c'est vraiment rassurant !

Idéal pour un séjour estival ou printanier. A tester en hiver mais ne devrait pas décevoir.

Le logement est clair, moderne, très agréable, avec 2 vraies chambres, séjour spacieux ( avec un grand convertible) et balcon idéal pour déjeuner à 2 face aux alpes. Appartement idéalement placé à proximité du centre historique. Parking (box ) directement accessible en sous sol. des ustensiles de cuisine et électroménagers à profusion, pour ceux qui voudraient cuisiner en vacances ! Monoprix à 2 minutes. Wifi très performant. Belle réactivité du service de conciergerie.

Si vous séjournez en période de canicule, il n'y a pas de clim, mais en utilisant les stores, les ventilos, et les ouvertures de fenêtres, l'exposition plein est ne vous fera pas vous liquéfier dans vos chambres. Il manque un épluche -légumes ;) Il fallait bien trouver quelque chose .
