Fabulous stay, highly recommend

The villa has recently been renovated so the apartments are all new. Ours was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything thought of (except a kettle but fortunately we had our travel one). The grounds are beautiful. Access to the pool and hotel itself is quick and easy. Every member of staff we came across was exceptional - polite, friendly, courteous and happy to help. We enjoyed using the EBikes and appreciated the bag with towels etc for the pool. Lots of nice touches. The location is perfect and there is free parking.

Only the steps to the villa which were tricky to negotiate but we were told they will soon be replaced.

TOP Location

Sehr geräumiges Studio mit kleiner Kochnische, riesigem Badezimmer und grosser Dusche. Mit eigener Terrasse inkl. Sonnenstoren und 2 Liegen. Alles war sehr modern, neuwertig, auch die Betten fahren sehr gut. Die nahe Lage zum Bahnhof ist Top, da man so in wenigen Minuten in Locarno Zentrum ist. Auch das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nichts, ausser dass die Zimmer sicherlich nicht günstig sind, aber man bekommt viel fürs Geld

Top Lage, bequeme Betten und sehr sauber!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen sind die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie: frische Früchte am Nachmittag am Pool, alkoholfreie Getränke in der Minibar zur freien Verfügung, Prosecco und Welcome-Drink sowie eine sehr saubere Anlage.

Für eine Bewertung 10 hätten wir erwartet, dass das Reinigungspersonal bemerkt, dass das Dusch- und Haarshampoo fehlt (während des ganzen Aufenthalts), dass der Gast Cola Zero und kein normales Cola getrunken hat (beim Auffüllen der Minibar) oder dass das Ticket für den ÖV fehlte. Dies sind aber dennoch Kleinigkeiten, weshalb wir die Bewertung 9 als absolut verdient erachten.

Sehr schöne Lokation, mit Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten - vom einfachen Studio zum Studio mit Kochnische. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Gartenanlage, mit Swimingpool ist grosszügig und gepflegt. Locarno ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Matraze war für uns zu hart.

Der Pool und die Liegewierse waren sehr schön und ruhig. Es hatte auch genügend Liegen. Die Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
