Absolutely charming get away with all the amenities.

We liked everything in our garden view room. Then the delicious dinner and breakfast. Staff were generous with their time and effort to make us comfortable. Charme Hotel and Restaurant is a special hide away in a busy but scenic valley on edge of Locarno, Switzerland. Looking forward to returning SOON!

very pleasant overall

the food and the staff in the restaurant was perfect ! breakfast was also very nice with variety. The room was functional with a very good mattress. the owner is really nice to interact with.

these are small details and certainly not something that should stop me coming back nevertheless the room is small and the shower not very practical . impossible not to splash most of the floor. It is also a bit noisy with the train passing just next door.

Loved our stay and hospitality of owners and staff!

This was a fantastic stay! Loredana greeted us warmly at our late arrival as we were seated for dinner before our check-in to the hotel. The meal was magnificent sitting outside on a cool September evening in the beautiful courtyard. The location is a treasure. Just slightly off the beaten path from Ascona but my what a path! Hiking into the Maggiore Valle is truly magical as you feel like you have been dropped right into the middle of a fairy tale. The staff is warm, friendly and make you feel at home. We loved our stay here.

The only negative were the pillows...definitely need an upgrade.

We really recommend this hotel. If we are in the neighbourhood we will certainly go back.

The hotel is only +/- 500 m away from the train station. The train takes you in 20 minutes to Locarno. The stay includes a pass for free use of all public transport which is really added value. Loredana - speaking Italian, German, French and English - is one of the most friendly, helpful and lovely persons we ever came across.

Ein wunderbarer Ort mit Herz, Stil und Geschmack – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt im „Tre Terre“ war rundum perfekt. Die Gastgeber Marco und Loredana sind ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend – sie erfüllen fast jeden Wunsch und sorgen mit ihrer aufmerksamen Art für eine Atmosphäre des Wohlfühlens. Das Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die markanten, ausgewaschenen Flussfelsen der Maggia ist ein Traum – ein Ort, an dem man gerne verweilt und die Seele baumeln lässt. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen: Sauberkeit, Komfort und Service stimmen in jedem Detail. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut überzeugend. Für unsere Wanderferien im Centovalli, Onsernone- und Maggiatal war das Tre Terre der ideale Ausgangspunkt – zentral gelegen und bestens angebunden. Dank der Ticino-Card konnten wir viele Transporte kostenlos nutzen, was das Entdecken der Region noch angenehmer machte. Nicht zuletzt möchten wir das feine Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant erwähnen: Ein Genuss auf höchstem Niveau, zubereitet von einem 14-Punkte-Gault-Millau-Koch – eine perfekte Abrundung jedes Ferientages.

Kleines familiäres Hotel mit exzellentem Restaurant

Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber sehr lecker. Das Abendessen war fantastisch, sehr familiäre Atmosphere, super freundliche Hotelbesitzer und Personal. Von Ponte Brolla kann man zufuss nach Locarno gehen und mit Bus gratis zurückkommen. Das Badezimmer hat eine grosse Regendusche. Unser Zimmer lag nach hinten und bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte man einen Wasserfall und Vogelgezwitscher hören. Das Hotel hat einen hauseigenen Parkplatz und eine Digibox falls die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Das Tre Terre ist absolut zu empfehlen.
