The hotel has a wonderful location and rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The Spa is very nice and cozy. We had a beautiful view to the lake and the mountains from our room. The breakfast buffet was also good with loads of fresh products. The staff were kind (especially the spa ladies).
Everyone was nice, but I would have appreciated if the staff and the front desk would have given us more information about the hotel. E.g. that a reservation is needed in the restaurant if we would consider having dinner there.

The room and the view were fabulous. The bar and barman were exceptional. One of the best cocktails on our entire trip. Gorgeous chap at reception. I could have stayed longer just at this hotel. The restaurant is exceptional. The spa area had a great steam and sauna area. The pool is also very nice. The only thing that was annoying was the plastic divider between the interior and exterior pool. Very sharp.
Staff were also very helpful when a swimming suit was accidently taken from the room during housekeeping. They found it and posted it to Zurich for us. We appreciated the effort.
The breakfast could have been better. There wasn't a great variety and the pancakes and waffles were cold. Staff could have been friendlier.

The hotel is neat, has great views, and has a classy restaurant. We liked the comfort of the beds. The small wellness area is beautifully done and offers something for everyone: sauna, steam room and laconium.
The hotel lacks the feeling of cozy comfort. It is all very functional but besides the pictures that show the hotel's story, the decoration is odd and impersonal.
It was disappointing to have the one room with the smallest shower on the whole floor in which when you turn around you turn the tap off. Given we stayed there in the middle of winter to try it out (and potentially come again in other seasons) and the hotel only had a minimal number of guests staying I do not understand why not give those that are booking a room to highlight the beautifully located hotel.
Wellness area: Beautifully done, but also there it lacks details - just plastic cups and a water dispenser. I would have expected more with this class of hotel.
