Staff was friendly
Technical solution for check in was not good.
QR code scanner gives no feedback ... e.g. position of code, or successful scan yes or no.
In addition main door lacks label whether door must be pushed or pulled. So worst case you stand in front of the QR scanner and try to push a pull door.
Very loud, the street in front of the hotel was very loud through the whole night.
Room is very small, ca. 10m2.
Mattress too soft for my back.
Overall, a bit overpriced for the value you get.
