Al Pozz Boutique Resort

Location was great and our view from our balcony was awesome. Newly renovated modern and spacious room. Comfortable bed.

Check in communication was a challenge. No information given at check in eg: wifi info, bar fridge, Ticino pass. No compendium in room. There was water and juice in little fridge but we didn't drink as unsure whether we would be charged.

Excellent location, 5 min from railway station and the lake steamer pier, lovely restaurant right in the lake side, our room had a great balcony with beautiful views over the lake and mountains

Good location - 5 minute walk to the train station and right beside the lake promenade.

Sorry to say that but... - be aware that the room with a balcony and the mountain view also includes the train station view and noice (from balcony you can only see some part of mountain view, basicaly it is building and train station view). This additional information should be given in the room description. Basic (even very limited for the price, I could say) breakfast - no vegetables or fruits, no hot food, just few meat and cheese slices, yogurt, fresh squeezed juice, bread and jam, coffee. Bathroom/shower very very small. Overall - dissapointing experience, an overpriced hotel (despite the great location, nothing good to tell). The hotel should think about changing some point of view about turists, it looks that the stuff is too much tired about the tourist matters.
