Stunning Little Getaway Spot

The location is exceptional, 5 min walk from train station and so easy to walk to. We got a free upgrade to a room with a sweeping balcony and a stunning view of the mountains and lake. The room itself was clean, cozy and well equipped. The breakfast was good. This is a great little spot for a getaway. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would stay again.

Would have loved a tub instead of a shower. Honestly, can't think of much that needs improving.

This is a hotel I would stay at again. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The location was perfect to explore the town of Locarno and the canton of Tichino. The staff was very kind. We have more contact with Caroline who was very polite and knowledgeable and gave detailed information to our questions. Breakfast was very good both in terms of quality and variety. The only thing I would allow myself to recommend is that they may add some fresh vegetable to the breakfast - e.g. tomatoes or cucumbers

A comfortable stay in a good central location, with a lovely breakfast.

A great positioned hotel, with lovely friendly reception staff, just a short walk up the hill from the bus and train station and the lake. The lady on reception gave good recommendations, including where to swim in the lake and suggestions on where to eat. She also gave advice on onward transport options. The breakfast in the morning was great too. A buffet style with plenty of lovely fruit, breads, yoghurt, meat, cheese and such like. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for both location, friendliness and comfort.
