Great location combined with a reasonable price.

I loved the hotel’s location. In the evening, stepping outside felt like entering a festive scene — the old town was lit up with beautiful Christmas projections, and the whole street turned into a warm, lively holiday space. With the market stalls, lights, and seasonal activities around, it was a memorable place to stay at this time of year.

Only the location was good with this hotel

The bedroom does not look like the pictures at all. We have been put in a ugly building far from the hotel although I specifically booked the hotel. I have asked for another room, they changed us on day 2 to a worse and ugliest room in the hotel. The rooms are old, the bathroom are very old. The overall is depressing. They do not show that on the pictures. The staff was not pleasant at all. Even in the restaurant. They have been disrespectful to us as well as other customers in front of us.

Place is very central. Hotel is quaint and has character. Hallways are spacious and have character.

Rooms are not very modern, but the price matches the dated facilities. On lower levels, it is very noisy as bars are right under.

Central location. Clean. breakfast is correct.

Bed are not confortable at all. Need to changed immediately. Noise from outside until 11:30pm - need to close the windows so the room gets hot. AC is not available

Disappointed 😞

We booked this hotel having stayed before, so we thought we knew what to expect. We had driven from England too, so we had come a long way. When we arrived the lady escorted us down a narrow lane opposite the hotel to a block of flats, that looked like they had taken over a few rooms. The rooms had laminated door numbers with a ref to Hotel dell'angelo on. The corridor had builders equipment, bags tile adhesive on all the steps with covering all on the floor. We overlooked the bottle banks and bins instead of the beautiful square. We went to reception to say this wasn't what we expected and she couldn't have been less interested.

Very good location! The room was clean, the beds had comfortable and warm blankets. The reception staff were very kind and the hotel was very accommodating for a late check in.

Location was perfect nearby cafes, restaurants and the lake for a walk. The staff were superb: friendly, accommodating, helpful and smiley. Room was spacious for 5 (2 adults and 3 children), comfortable beds, Nutella for breakfast was a treat for the kids. Thank you!

No fresh fruit, but the bread was very tasty, müsle was good, tea as well- Dinner was not as good as breakfast.

Reception not particularly welcoming, waiter at the hotel restaurant extremely arrogant and condescending, very noisy pub/cafe on one side of the hotel (until 2am)

Noisy and hot. Rude receptionist. Would not recommend. Smelled of musty cigarette smoke and the furnishings were out of the 1970s. Parking was in a multi storey car park with a low roof so we had to park on the street.
