Perfect location, loved the decoration.

Lovely little boutique hotel that was recently very tastefully renovated. Loved the bathroom and the art in the bedroom. :-) The staff were super friendly, and the keyless checking worked very well. The location is perfect.

The breakfast was nice; a few more vegan options would have been appreciated.

Everything was great. The bed was comfortable, a large bathroom with toiletries and a walk in shower. TV with a huge selection of programs. No keys, all was phone activated. The location is in the old city centre and just a short walk to the bus and train station. The breakfast is pretty basic but good. A lot of power outlets, for all possible devices and whatever else needs to be plugged in.

The pillows are on the slim side... otherwise nothing bad to say.

Sehr preiswert und zentral gelegen, für einen Aufenthalt von ein oder zwei Nächten geeignet.

Zentral gelegen zwischen Bahnhof und Piazza Grande. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal (im Restaurant, da keine Rezeption)

Unser Zimmer war ohne Aussicht und trotzdem relativ lärmig. Tauben waren nervig und haben den Aussenbereich verkotet. Der Hoteleingang (Korridor) beim Kiosk ist wenig einladend, dieser dürfte aufgehübscht werden, auch wenn er nicht direkt zum Hotel selber gehört. Die Kennzeichnung des Eingangs vor Ort dürfte auch noch besser sein.

Lage natürlich neben der Piazza und dem See einfach perfekt. Super Aufteilung der Räume im Zimmer und modernes Design. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider auf dem Zimmer (Suite) keine Wasserflasche als Empfang.Kaffemaschine wäre empfehlenswert. Haarföhn leider nicht vorhanden. Badewannenstöpsel Verschluss mit der Gummidichtung knifflig da er immer wieder verutscht.

Posizione top, proprio su piazza grande dove ci sono i mercatini di natale. Colazione fantastica: colazione all italiana con dolce e salato. Non buffet, ma servita al tavolo. Puoi richiedere le cose alla cameriera. Camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno ampio

Posizione perfetta per visitare Locarno. La camera era stata ristrutturata da poco con molto gusto e cura dei dettagli.

Non ho apprezzato il self check in e la mancanza di reception, nonostante lo staff del ristorante collegato all'hotel sia stato estremamente disponibile nel fornirci informazioni e servizi.

Die Lage war gut - sehr zentral gelegen. Schönes Design der Zimmer

Der Duschvorhang wirkt wie ein Relikt aus vergangenen Zeiten, mal davon abgesehen, dass man das ganze Bad flutet und natürlich den Vorhang am nassen Körper kleben hat. Auch Hygienisch finde ich das schwierig. Eigentlich ein modernisiertes Hotel und dann so etwas. Allgemein war das Bad eigenartig, die Schnur für den Notruf beim WC wird bestimmt mal der ein oder andere aus versehen auslösen. Als wir ankamen, hatten wir keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer und mussten erst eine Reinigungskraft suchen. In der Wandhalterung des TV‘s lag noch der Bohrstaub. Die Fliesen im Bad waren nicht sauber. Unser Zimmer war eigentlich Behindertengerecht ausgestattet -> man kommt aber z.B. spät abends nicht ebenerdig ins Haus (eine Treppe muss überwunden werden) auch die Platzverhältnisse im Zimmer sind extrem eng. Ich bezweifle, dass man hier mit einem Rollstuhl zurechtkommt. Man kommt nur mit einem Smartphone ins Zimmer durch verschiedene Codes. Finde ich auch sehr fragwürdig. Was uns geärgert hat war auch, dass bei unserer Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass unser Zimmer behindertengerecht ist und komplett von den Bildern des gebuchten Zimmers abweicht. In anderen Hotels wurde immer darauf hingewiesen.

Accoglienza e atmosfera

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite dell’hotel. Bellissima! La vasca in camera è un plus vincente e l’atmosfera moderna e retrò allo stesso tempo, con una parete originale in pietra, la rendono suggestiva e rilassante. Il bar ristorante sottostante, che è della stessa proprietà, gode delle stesse caratteristiche. I ragazzi dello staff sono gentilissimi e accoglienti. Se volete passare un we all’insegna del relax e nel cuore di Locarno, questo è il posto ideale. Noi torneremo sicuramente!

Ho apprezzato il sistema di self check in, e l'apertura della camera tramite cellulare; la camera era accogliente e ben arredata, ottima doccia e letto molto comodo.

- in camera è presente un costante rumore di ventole, immagino sia il ricircolo automatico dell'aria, è impossibile spegnerlo e durante la notte da fastidio - le finestre ovali sono carine, ma non hanno tende, la mattina è entrata la luce e non è stato possibile schermarla - alle 8:30 di mattina è partito in camera un suono dall'allarme molto forte, è durato 1 minuto pieno, ci ha svegliato di soprassalto e ha svegliato anche il piccolo - ci siamo recati a colazione alle 10:00 e già non c'era più alcun buffet

Colazione ottima, pulizia e confort delle camere ottimo, lo staff dei ragazzi della bottega del gusto sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili, un elogio in particolare a Valeria che ci ha accolto in modo egregio, consigliatissimo.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde von einer ausgesprochen freundlichen Bedienung serviert.

Der Online-Check-in funktioniert grundsätzlich gut, ist jedoch etwas mühsam, wenn man mehrere Zimmer gebucht hat, da man sich ständig neu einloggen muss.

Ein absolut asozialer Eingang wie im Ghetto: alles ist mit Kartons vollgestellt, es gibt keine Rezeption, deshalb Keycard kriegen ist schon ein Quiz, die Sanierung im Zimmer ist zwar frisch, aber extrem billig gemacht, das schlechteste Frühstück meines Lebens, unfreundliches Personal.

Wunderbarer Spontanurlaub

Die Lage war super, das Bett sehr bequem, die Ausstatung erstaundlich gut (Kühlschrank, Föhn, grosser Tv). Wir wurden beim Frühstück mit super leckerem Cappuccino sowie Orangensaft verwöhnt. Hervorzuheben, gilt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die Sauberkeit: echt Spitze!

Bei offenem Fenster hört man im Innenhofschacht den natürlichen Passagenlärm der Altstadt. Die Lüftung / Klimaanlage dürfte wohl einen Ticker leiser und leistungsfähiger sein.

schönes Haus aber unbeseelt.

Das Frühstück war sowas von lieblos. Unten in der Bodega, Brot und Gipfeli auf den Tisch gestellt, Marmelade und einen Käse-Wurst-Teller. Paar merkwürdige Beutel Müsli und Yoghurt in Verpackung in die Ecke gestellt zur Selbstbedienung. Kein Stück Obst oder Gemüse. Völlig unzeitgemäß und unfreundliche Bedienung.

Zimmer auf schmucklosen Lichtschacht. Lampe überm Schreibtisch ohne Funktion, geht nicht. Mehr: siehe Frühstück.

Zimmer im guter Lage mit selbst checkin

Die Lage auf der "Piazza". Das Personal der Bottega waren sehr hilfreich und nett. Das Password zur Wohnung hat es nicht funktioniert und z Glück in der bottega haben uns geholfen und eine altmodisch Carte uns gegeben.

In Wirklichkeit ist nicht ein Hotel Boutique mit persönlichem Service sondern ein Zimmer mit selbst checkin. Nach Verlangen haben wir ein Ticino Card bekommen Die Gäste sollen ein ticino Karte automatisch bekommen. Leider für uns, war zu spät um die verbilligte Eintritte für das Lido zu nutzen.

Der berühmte Satz mit X…

Nettes Personal im Gastro-Bereich, der Rest des Hotelbetriebs (Housekeeping ausgenommen) war automatisiert.

Überfodertes Housekeeping und somit dürftig aufbereite Zimmer. Trotz gebuchter Standard-Doubleroom-Kategorie ein winziges Zimmer mit Blick in einen Lichtschacht und Einblick in unser Zimmer über den Hotelflur. Es gibt noch eine Budget-Klasse, kaum vorstellbar, wie diese Zimmer aussehen. Privatsphäre war nur mit geschlossenen Jalousien machbar, blickdichte und lichtdurchlässigige Vorhänge/ Sichtschutz seitens Hotelflur Fehlanzeige. Ein Öffnen der Fenster war nicht empfehlenswert, die Musik der Bar war ein ständiger und täglicher Unterhalter bis Mitternacht. Ein wenig deprimierend…

Lage, Personal

Unsere zwei Zimmer waren stickig, klein und hatten kaum Tageslicht. Die Sauberkeit liess auch ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht war, war das Sofa nicht bezogen. Zudem muss man immer sein Handy sicher dabei haben und es muss geladen sein, sonst kommt man nicht ins Zimmer, da der Zimmerschlüssel digital über einen Link geladen wird. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Zimmer, die wir hatten, stimmt für mich nicht.

Goede locatie, en op de kamer was alles van hoge kwaliteit. Wel zoeken naar personeel voor vragen.

Locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het station en het meer. De kamers zijn comfortabel. Goede bedden, airco, alles werkt. Weinig faciliteiten, waar wat er is is goed. Prima badkamer, fijne douche.

De toegang is.. interessant. Verwacht geen 'entrée'. De ingang is letterlijk naast een snoepwinkel. Er is niet echt een receptie, je moet zelf mensen vinden om je te helpen. Dat gezegd hebbende: de mensen (van de bar, die bij het hotel hoort) zijn wel vriendelijk. We konden ook even bagage opbergen (niet super safe, maar voor ons goed genoeg). Het was ook niet duidelijk hoe we konden uitchecken. Weer naar de bar gelopen, en toen was het snel geregeld. Maar dat had wel gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.
