Ideally situated near the station and very close to the city center of Locarno.
View on the lake and orientation makes it a pleasant experience.
Staff at the reception or in the restaurant were very friendly.

Such a warm welcome for me and my dog. 🐾
I felt instantly at home. The staff are great. The room was comfortable with a renovated bathroom and a big balcony. The breakfast was extraordinary and the location is perfect.

Lovely hotel, very close to the station and the lake front. Comfortable room and nice balcony. Great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake.
Room was rather hot, aircon not very effective.

Interior very dated but clean.
View from the balcony at the rear of the hotel was not nice.
