Great location, good food, and kind waiters — unfortunately everything else was disappointing.
1. The reception seems to have been converted into an extra dining room, so if you arrive before check-in there is nowhere to wait except a narrow corridor.
2. Placed in a dependance building without prior notice. This was not indicated on Booking.com. As a result, we had to walk outside through snow and freezing temperatures every time we wanted to go to the spa or to breakfast and dinner in the main building.
3. We were seated in the additional dining room next to the bar, which was also the least attractive room in the hotel (no wooden floors like the rest of the dining areas). Waiters were constantly passing by, and we repeatedly had to move our chairs so we wouldn’t be in the way. Although the waiters were the only pleasant and professional staff we encountered, it was uncomfortable to spend every breakfast and dinner sitting right next to the bar counter where they were constantly working and overhearing our conversations. Even the waiters acknowledged how bad the table location was and apologized repeatedly.
4. Unprofessional behaviour on New Year’s Eve. A table change that had been confirmed by reception the day before was ignored, and the food manager reacted aggressively when we asked about it.
5. Two days before New Year’s Eve we agreed to a bottle of champagne to be served outside at midnight. However, when we returned from the fireworks on December 31st, nothing had been prepared—no table and no reservation under our name. The waiters tried to help by finding us a random table, while management did not seem concerned.
6. Room cleaning issue. After asking the cleaning staff to return later while I was working, the room was never cleaned that day.

Frühstück war super, kein riesiges Buffet aber alles da und wurde immer frisch nachgeliefert.
Die Hotelleitung, Hauskeeping und Service inkl. Hausmeister waren echt toll, großes Dankeschön!
Das Essen war immer auf dem Punkt gekocht!

JokerCard war inkludiert, das war echt genial, kann ich nur empfehlen! Es war soviel geniale Ausflüge inkludiert, und überall Rabatte! Für eine Familie echt praktisch.
Es gab ein paar kleine Beanstandungen am Zimmer, die wurden jedoch rasch und professionell behoben.
Oftmals ist die schnelle Lösungsfindung so gut das man gerne über Kleinigkeiten hinwegsieht.
Ein Problem hatte ich leider mit der Rezeption…
Sehr forsch und kühl, nicht herzlich, wurden nicht gut empfangen, das ist echt schade!
Eine Rezeption ist der erste Eindruck und die letzte Erinnerung die man von einem Urlaub hat.

Ligging super centraal in Saalbach.
Jammer dat onze douche echt wel aan renovatie toe was. De deuren waren helemaal versleten. Voor deze prijs verwacht ik dat dit opgelost is.

Gute Lage, wenn man es zentral mag (5 min Fußweg zu den Gondelstationen Schattberg oder Bernkogel)

Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders

Das Personal war soweit freundlich und hilfsbereit
Unser Zimmer lag in einem Gebäude, welches nicht mit dem Haupthaus verbunden ist (nicht ersichtlich in der Buchung). Man muss daher immer durch die Kälte zum Frühstück, Abendessen, Wellness-Bereich. Unser Zimmer 401 lag direkt über den Skiraum, leider bekommt man jedes Geräusch davon mit.
Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig und das Bad ist etwas veraltet.
Der Wellness-Bereich ist seinen Namen leider nicht wert; sehr hellhörig zum überbevölkerten Indoor Pool, keine Ruheräume/Liegen (nur im Pool-Bereich), sehr veraltete Duschen mit rostigen Armaturen, irgendwelche Abstellräume mit alten Spinden darin - kein Ort der Entspannung.
