Excellent stay for winter sports

Great Christmas stay at Landhaus Saalbach. Rooms, services, comfort overall is perfect, along with welcoming family that supports the whole facility, made an amazing impression and we enjoyed skiing as family of 4. Great value for money!

Location for skiing is perfect, but if you want to walk to the centre of the village - it takes 20-25 minutes by walk or 5 min by car, although it is a good walk not a downside.

* Price : quality/service ratio to be improved * Parking - Mandatory extra charges of 15 EUR per night for parking lot should be clearly communicated on Booking. Payment was asked first thing at arrival which does not create pleasant atmosphere for guest. * Breakfast - Quality of breakfast could be improved (more regional, less industrial and frozen products). Walking past toilets when accessing the breakfast room. No opportunity to have breakfast on terrace. * No room cleaning * No restaurant onsite while equipment of apartment kitchens to cook proper dishes mediocre

The property is modern, good facilities for cyclists, has a great view and is very neat.

This is not particularly what I didn’t like, but for some it might, it is a long walk up to the accommodation from the town if you don’t have a car.

We have just returned from our holiday and in Saalbach. We spent 5 nights in this beautiful apartment hotel and since the very beginning it was a great stay. The hotel is run by a family and all of them are just super nice and super helpful. the apartment itself was very nice, well equipped, and comfortable. And the wellness, it was amazing :) If you are considering a trip to Saalbach, this place should be on your list.

Really wonderful family-run hotel

We have just returned from a fantastic week and already want to go straight back. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern throughout, with every detail considered. Right on the slopes so very easy ski-in, ski-out and a pleasant 15/20 minute walk to/from the centre of Saalbach which we did every evening to get dinner with no issues, although if you didn’t fancy the walk back uphill there were always plenty of taxis around in the town. Breakfast was great every day with a wide selection of different options. Our highlight was the wellness centre- amazing saunas with views overlooking the mountains, beautifully clean and every day a selection of tea, fresh water and snacks available to help yourself to while you relax. The family were such welcoming hosts, we will definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

The best!! We looved it!!!

The hotel is traditional with a really modern spa!! The room was so big and warm, really comfortable! The breakfast was nice and the location the best!! Nice view and parking! The staff is the greatest though! We had the best advice from then on where to go and what to do! They are a really lovely family!!

it can be noisy at night as you can hear the snow ploughs on the slope. also it is an uphill walk from salbaach and the ski lifts close at 4/5pm, so be prepared to trek! probably better value to stay in the town at a hotel as this your room will get cleaned every day.

the view was stunning, Ihre Familie Kuhar went over the top to make our stay enjoyable including referring us to an awesome ski school (Fred was amazing!) and an amazing place for Christmas Eve dinner (Maisalm). so clean and comfortable. thank you!

A perfect place to stay in Saalbach run by a lovely, attentive family

We visited in the summer and found the location to be the perfect distance form the town, a 15 -20 minute walk or 7 minute drive. The property is newly renovated and the apartment we stayed in was beyond spacious, and in a nice surprise actually looked even better in real life than on the photos. The property is owned and run by one family and you can really tell, they are attentive hosts and treat everything they do with pride. The breakfast was great and the bar, when open, served some great wines and had a lovely mountain atmosphere. Even though we do not ski, the proximity to the skilift and a winter lodge would be a huge plus for anyone visiting this property in the winter as well. Overall, six thumbs up from our family of three!

One small niggle (and we are nitpicking here) is that we were never sure if the bar would be open in the evening, it wasn't really clear whether it had a schedule for when it worked or if it was just by demand. We didn't ask the staff about this as it was such a minor nuisance during our stay.

We really liked the position of the hotel, which is directly in between two ski slopes. Excellent wellness area. Everything was clean outside and inside the room. One of the nicest and kindest hotel staff we have ever encountered. For breakfast there was plenty to choose from and food/drinks were very good.

The bed in the room was too soft for us but this can differ up to everyone else’s preference.

Late check out (12:00) sehr teuer. Tiefgarage extra. Frühstück enttäuschen für diesen Preis. Personal kontrolliert einen bei der Mülltrennung. Irgendwie hatte es eine komische Stimmung und wir haben uns am Ende nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt

Het appartement was echt Top. zeer comfortabele slaapkamers en top badkamers. mooi groot terras met uitzicht over de bergen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. het ontbijt de laatste dag was ook super met veel verse producten. deze gaan we zeker onthouden.

Doskonała lokalizacja zarówno dla gości rowerowych, jak i narciarzy. Narciarnia bardzo nowoczesna, z wystarczającą ilością przestrzeni dla wszystkich gości. Przestronna hala parkingowa. Piękne widoki z każdego apartamentu oraz z przestronnej strefy SPA. Widoki z sauny na zaśnieżone stoki pozostają na długo w pamięci. Obsługa zaangażowana w 100%. Bardzo fajnym rozwiązaniem jest łazienka kąpielowa przy narciarni dla gości, którzy ostatniego dnia pobytu po wymeldowaniu z hotelu mają ochotę pojeździć jeszcze na nartach i po skorzystać z kąpieli 👍

Einfach perfekt

Perfekte Lage, egal ob im Sommer oder im Winter. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft in die Wanderrouten oder eben direkt auf die Skipiste einsteigen. Für Fahrrad Fahrer sowieso ein Paradies. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Panoramasauna. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Hoteleigentümer sehr nett man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause und haben immer tolle Ausflugstipps, beste Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erfahren.

Es gibt definitiv nichts auszusetzen. Alles top☺️
