A beautiful hotel, in the most stunning location.

What a beautiful hotel. Our room was comfortable, warm, and very clean. The location was superb, and we loved everything about our stay. The breakfast and evening meal, had lots of options. All the restaurant staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous time in smart comfortable hotel in central Saalbach!

Friendly staff , smart , clean , good facilities , delicious food . Lovely bar area . Close to slopes and shops

It would have been great to get a bar meal for lunch - especially on the day we were leaving . Very noisy in the early hours when the party people came down the road outside - if you had a front facing room .

Really nice hotel and location.

Found it very hot to sleep in during August. Room was quite warm but think duvet was quite a high tog designed for the cold winters probably. Also was no details the hotel parking was chargeable at €14 / night. When queried I was just told parking was available. So bit of a supprise to have nearly N extra €100 charge when checking out.

Fabulous stay in a lovely hotel and being looked after by a wonderful staff team

Fabulous stay, great rooms, super views, awesome breakfast and evening meals, and excellent staff team. Location was fantastic. Easy parking. Great bar and lounge areas inside and outside. Joker card was a great plus.

Nothing except, we were travelling around and sad to move on, we will definitely make sure we stay longer next time😀

Large partially upgraded hotel in great location downtown Saalbach with good price/quality in LS

Staff is attentive and works hard, particularly the owner/manager she was incredibly helpful. Spa is huge and was great when we were there as there was no-one. Hotel has all/most facilities you can wish for and the bar in particular was modern and nice. Generally a good price/quality 4 star hotel. (parts of it were recently upgraded, not sure how they maintain a 'smallish' experience though.

- Size of hotel: We were in low, end of season rainy weekend and not many guests there so was great. However in peak weeks i assume the no of rooms of the hotel does not spell anything good (massive), particularly the spa, looking at the sheer size and number of seats, will probably look like a zoo (but of course its an assumption and by this nature unfair). - Weighting staff was somewhat liberal, tatoo-ed and not too knowledgeable but hey, who doesn't suffer staff problems these days. - The atmosphere in the main restaurant (not the side rooms they seemed cosy) is slightly resembling old style east european dining halls with white light saving bulbs..... small changes could make big change here. -Choice at breakfast and dinner was good/all right and met 4* expectations but not extraordinary.

A really nice hotel, well positioned and reasonable price.

Ski room was great and well equipped, the Wellness area was pleasant but no pool. The food was generally good, a bit tasteless sometimes and the fruit was bland but the pastries, bread etc all nice.

The egg man at breakfast was the only miserable faced staff member of the team - he is in the wrong job!

Decent large hotel in good location.

Good location, spacious rooms, very clean and well appointed, friendly staff.

Just one small lift serving what is a large hotel, often waited a long time to be able to use it. Some of the restaurant tables were crammed in too close to each other. And the breakfast service seemed understaffed - meaning replenishment of some items was slow.

A lovely place to stay, great if you have kids in tow!

All food and service was exceptional, a great variety at breakfast and dinner. We stayed with our 17 month old and the hotel provided bed guards and a nappy bin in the room, a high chair at dinner and the staff were all great with her, the play room is a great facility.

The location of the hotel was ideal, nice and central. The food was excellent. Great facilities for storing of ski equipment after a days skiing, returning to nice dry/warm boots etc.

Good food, nice facilities but bad rooms.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

We were very disappointed with our rooms, as all our 3 rooms were located above the irish pub, with loud dance music playing into the early hours, which made it very difficult to get some sleep and my parents are seniors and not very impressed with this, they even checked out 2 days earlier and went back to Amsterdam.

Good but can be better

It's just opposite a ski rental shop and just around the corner of the ski gondola station. Very near to the bus stop too.

No kettle was available for the room. We asked for it and was told that they have 20 kettles in the hotel but all had been given out to the rooms. Shouldn't there be one for each room?

Amazing experience - highly recommended

Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food are exceptional - every dinner is freshly cooked although we had buffet but we were able to order from main.

1) very good localisation 2) very nice mini Club for children 3) very helpful staff 4) very nice joker cards which give you possibility of using cable cars without any additional fee

1) the hotel shows photos of waterslides, which is misleading- we thought that it belongs to the hotel, in fact it is public swim area, loacalized ca. 400 m away from the hotel, the distance is not the problem, but the number of people was incredible!
