Superb

The hotel staff is friendly and we were well-taken care by them. The breakfast spread is good. The location is excellent and close to a few ski lifts so it is very convenient for us to drop our kids at ski school and go to another ski lift. The dinner at this hotel is fantastic, one of the best we had eaten while we were there for a week.

just a small note- the pillows are too soft for us

Very good, accommodate all types of people

I didn’t really like the fact that the pillows are feathers and that the matress protector is feather. Some people have allergies to feathers so maybe an alternative could be very good. If you need a source for alternatives please contact me at [email protected]. Although it was a very good place to stay

Would stay again.

I liked the location, friendly staff and considering other options, it was quite affordable, breakfast was ok, I wish they had more fruit. I really liked the food in the restaurant hotel and the dact that they offered small portions! And the Merlot wine was great!

A Warm Austrian Welcome!

Small family-run hotel with very friendly staff who went out of their way to fulfill every request. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here. The location couldn’t be better. 5 minutes walk to the ski lifts and across the road from the ski hire shop. Close to bars and restaurants. I loved the hotel and Saalbach as a resort. Will be back soon for sure.

Lady on reception every morning very pleasant

No toaster at breakfast, really!! One evening meal in hotel restaurant, fancy burger and fries basically with a couple of pints it was fine but €49 euros bit pricey. Was asked to respect facial masks which was fine pity that message didn’t get through to the very grumpy young man working in the restaurant at breakfast times which for me was a total disrespect to all.

Three excellent days in Saalbach

Right in the center of Saalbach, a few minutes walk to all main lifts, restaurants and bars. Can be a little noisy from the apres ski partying in town in late afternoon and evening, but when I was there it quieted down by midnight or before. Food in restaurant was excellent, and great service by the friendly Hungarian restaurant staff! Koszonom!

Ist direkt im Ort - keine 5 min zur Liftstation oder zur Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig), eigener Skikeller , Sauna , Dampfbad alle dabei, Frühstück gut sehr reichlich, hatten Halbpension (mehrere Menüs zur Auswahl auch veganes dabei) , man kann zum ausladen direkt mit dem Auto zufahren - viele Möglichkeiten der Abendgestaltung etc.. hatte eine Suite für max 4 Personen und ein Einzelzimmer ...

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr zentral

Sehr gute Lage, super nettes Personal, leckeres und reichhaltiges Abendessen. Saunalandschaft war recht groß, die Finnische Sauna jedoch sehr klein.

Einzelzimmer waren super klein, aber ok. Das Bad war bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Úžasný pan recepční, který mi pomohl se vším co jsem potřebovala. Výborná snídaně v podobě švédského stolu, možnost si večer dát asi 4-chodovou večeři, celkově perfektní!

Lage ist sehr zentral. Der Saunabereich ist okay.

Personal im Restaurant extrem unaufmerksam, aber nicht ganz unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad hat noch die Fliesen aus den 60iger Jahren. Türen zerkratzt
