Fantastic stay!

The location was perfect. Next to the ski hire, a very short walk to three different ski lifts (taking you to different parks of the ski fields). Staff was very attentive, even knew my name throughout, and dinners were excellent.

A little expensive, but you pay for location and convenience. So close to everything!

Feels like home.

Hotel Bauer offers a cozy and intimate and personal atmosphere carried by Silvia and her husbond who runs this family hotel. The service is top notch and staying there felt very home like. I was there to mountainbike, and Silvas was very helpfull with maps and and tips to make the best of my trip. I was actually planning to go to another area after a couple of days, but Saalbach/Hinterglemm and Hotel Bauer was so nice, that I stayed there for 10 days. For those 10 days Hotel Bauer absolutely felt like HOME.

A great ski holiday.

The hotel was quite charming, with many interesting knick-knacks and an old-style atmosphere. The drying rooms for goods and storage for skis was secure. The position was excellent, just below the main lift. The buffet breakfast was good, with eggs cooked to order on the spot.

If you would like to sleep with the window open I would advise requesting a room away from the street. It is a ski resort, and the revelry goes all night.

Price-quality is wrong. Owner impolite.

The swimmingpool and sauna's were nice. Unfortunately thats the only thing we are excited about.

Upon arrival it was a chaos. We've been given an 'upgrade' which lay about 200m away from the hotel. We didnt want it because we wanted the hotel's facilities. Changing it was difficult but eventually we've got a room. It was very small and simple, the bed was too small and we requested seperate beds. They said to look into it but kept talking about how busy they were, we never got another room and slept in this small queensize bed. Breakfast was basic but alright, the staff was grumpy but not impolite. At check out the owner didnt know where our deposit of 200 euros was and wanted to charge us the full amount again, we said that we paid it already. She was VERY IMPOLITE AND EVEN RAISED HER VOICE!. when we told here we're unhappy and were going to write a bad review she offered us a discount per night. In short, fine hotel but only if they charge half the price they asked, we paid 1085 euros for 3 nights. Price-quality is extremely wrong.

Im Boutique-Hotel Bauer wird das Wohl und die Zufriedenheit der Gäste ganz groß geschrieben! Schon beim Check-In wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Carolyn nahm sich Zeit und führte uns durch das Hotel! Ihre liebe und hilfsbereite Art gab uns das Gefühl "Daheim" zu sein. Bei ihr merkt man, dass ihre Arbeit ihre Berufung ist! Liebe Carolyn, vielen lieben DANK für alles! Eine perfekte Chefin und das gesamte nette Personal machten für uns den Aufenthalt perfekt! Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind Top! Das Frühstücksbuffet gab alles, was das Herz begehrt! Auf Wunsch werden auch Spiegeleier und Omelett frisch zu bereitet! Besonders nennenswert ist das frische leckere Schwarzbrot! Mit Jokercard war der Urlaub perfekt! Wir können das Boutique-Hotel Bauer nur empfehlen!

Der Fahrradkeller war leider etwas klein und der Transport der schweren eBikes die Treppe rauf und runter leider auch nicht so einfach.

Prisvärt boende mitt i centrala cykelhimlen

Toppenläge och fantastisk service – personalen gjorde verkligen vistelsen extra trevlig. Frukosten överträffade förväntningarna, särskilt äggmenyn som lagades på beställning. Bra cykelförvaring, och hela upplevelsen kändes mycket prisvärd.

Hotellet har lite patina här och var, men det är mer en charmig detalj än ett faktiskt problem – bara något som gör att betyget landar på 9 istället för 10.

Koselig hotell men stemmer ikke med bildene på booking

Hotellet ligger flott til midt i sentrum. God frokost og middag. Flott sted for turer og på sommeren. Fint sted å ha med seg hund. Overbygget fortauscafe som var koselig!

Bildene som ligger ute på booking av en nydelig hage- stemmer ikke. Hagen finnes, knyttet til et aneks 100 meter unna, men er skikkelig nedslarvet. Vi reiste med hund og valgte hotellet ut fra bildene av hage. Vi glemte å velge halvpensjon ifm booking. Vær obs på at det blir en del dyrere enn prisene på booking når en legger dette til i etterkant.

Nagyon aranyos hotel .

Az elhelyezkedés szokásosan kiváló, főleg télen. A reggeli finom volt. Tisztaság is rendben. A wellnes részen a privát lift a két emelet között nagyon ötletes.

Csak a klíma hiánya a szobában mivel 33 fok volt . Már Londonban is 35 fok volt . Fél kell készülni h itt is melegebb éghajlat lesz .

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel Bauer – herzliche Gastfreundschaft in traumhafter Region Unser Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel Bauer in Saalbach Hinterglemm war von Anfang bis Ende ein absolutes Highlight. Das Hotel besticht durch seinen persönlichen Charme und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die generelle Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus – von den Zimmern bis zu den öffentlichen Bereichen war alles stets tadellos gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die herrliche Region Saalbach Hinterglemm in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Dank der inkludierten Jokercard konnten wir zahlreiche Freizeitangebote kostenlos nutzen. Das war ein großer Pluspunkt und hat unseren Urlaub noch abwechslungsreicher gemacht. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die bestens gewarteten Seilbahnen, die uns bequem zu den Ausgangspunkten für unvergessliche Wanderungen gebracht haben. Die Wanderwege selbst sind hervorragend beschildert und in einem top Zustand, was das Erkunden der atemberaubenden Natur rund um Saalbach Hinterglemm besonders angenehm machte. Auch die gesamte Region beeindruckte uns immer wieder durch ihre außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Alles in allem können wir das Boutique Hotel Bauer und die Region Saalbach Hinterglemm nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Gemütliches und angenehmes Hotel

Charmantes und hilfbereites Personal. Passendes Zimmer.. Feines Abendessen und viekseitiges und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Wegen der Wärme mussten wir die Zimmertüre öffnen, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Dadurch war der abendliche Strassenlärm leider gut zu hören.
