Excellent hotel in a great location, with the ski lifts just a short walk away and a convenient ski room. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The spa and wellness area was fantastic, and Eric, the sauna master, did a great job. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Amazing location, charming decor, underwhelming views in some mountain view rooms.

Location. Charming decor. Most of the staff were exceptional.

Our first room booked for mountain view looked straight into building with no view. This could only be changed in day 5 of 11. One side of hotel opposite night club which can be noisy until around midnight.

Everything was great! Food was delicious, staff was really really friendly. Rooms very spacious, clean and very very nice. Location probably could not be better since is in the middle of two chairlifts and in the city centre. Joker card made our vacation much easier and cheaper.

Splendid

All was absolutely amazing. Staff were attentive, friendly, very smily and helpful. Nikos in the restaurant is a legend and extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff at the front desk were equally helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Wi Fi can be a bit temperamental and a bit sluggish and it would have been great if they had British TV channels

Crazy charges for tap water at €5 a bottle. Despite asking for twin beds I got a room with a double bed, we ended up having one of us on a sofa bed, not what you want when you pay a premium price.

our room was in need of refurbishment and looked nothing like the ones advertised but it was still a good room didn’t like being charged for tap water for dinner. I understand there is a high charge to transport drinking water to the resort but even so…..

Great hotel, feels much more than 4 stars grade

Great breakfast and dinner. Very high quality! The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was super clean and included a special bag with towels for the spa. The location is good and the view from the room was wonderful!

hotel is definitely value for money, however is close to the ski lift, ski area is awesome

Location is walking distance from the ski lift, meal was perfect, the bar is perfect

the room was old, the worst was the bathroom (not like on the pictures), the room was before reconstruction, the ski storage in the basement is too small and not enough sitting spots, staff during serving meal was too slow, bar next to the hotel is too loud in the night

Location and food were very good. Nice service from those who cleaned the room to the reception staff.

Some of the wait staff could have been better trained and had a little better time for wait staff and wine choices during dinner. Location and food were very good. There could have been a kettle or something else to make coffee / tea in the room. A 4 star hotel should have it in every room.

Service level , spa and quality of food were lower than the quality and customer friendliness we were used to in hotel Karwendel in Pertisau.

This is not a ski in ski out hotel like promoted

Breakfast was good But nothing cold to drink at all everything was room temp Even the milk.

Dinner was a total bust for younger people.. The hotel was way to hot considering how your dressed for the season. New Year's Eve dinner could not have gone any worse they tried to serve everybody at the same time and that that work out. Dinner took more than 3 hours to serve, And once again it was not young people friendly. Is difficult for families to keep kids under-15 entertainment at a table for more than 3 hours.

Absolutely wonderful stay for sporty people and Mountainbikers!

The facilities were very clean and the food offer was amazing! Great value +friendly staff +spa area +great breakfast and dinner +party options next door at Eva Alm +option for earplugs. It's needed on Fridays guys

The restaurant Staff was a bit hectic and restless in the evenings but remained incredibly friendly and still the service was wonderful. maybe need to hire more people? -they could have informed us about the band playing on our arrival day at Eva Alm. We were dead tired after the ride and really wanted to sleep. The music was good though!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, würden wieder kommen aber nicht jedes Jahr da es sehr hochpreisig ist.

Die Lage vom Hotel zur Schipiste.

Leider gab es beim Abendessen drei verschiedene Hauptmenü und wenn keines dabei war das einem schmeckt muss man € 12,- aufzahlen damit man ein andere Hauptspeise bekommt. Das Essen war wirklich der Hammer und ich probiere alles aus. Aber an einem Tag gab es nichts was mir geschmeckt hätte. Es ist sehr hochpreisig und da bin ich der Meinung das dieser Betrag nicht gerechtfertigt ist.

Für Biker und Skifahrer ein Traum! Gästebetreuung 1 mit Stern

Diese Leute wissen, wie Kundenservice geht! Wir fühlten uns SO sehr willkommen, das haben wir noch in keinem anderen Hotel in Österreich erlebt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet mit riesengroßen Fenstern und Bergblick. Lichtgestaltung ein Traum, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Buffet und Gastroservice reichlich und qualitativ hochwertig.

Muss mich leider den Vorrednern anschließen, dass der Wellnessbereich einfach dürftig ist. Ja, es ist alles da (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad etc.) aber die Räumlichkeiten sind viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels. Man findet ganz ganz selten noch eine freie Liege und es gehört dringend ein abgetrennter Ruheraum her.

Отличное разположение, чистые и теплые номера с подогревом пола в ванной комнате. Дружелюбный персонал, хороший завтрак и ужин. Особенно отмечу сект на завтрак и вкуснейший кайзершман - гарантирует отличное настроение на весь день! Обязательно вернемся еще!

Perfekte Lage, kulinarisch ein Highlight, schöne Zimmer, freundlicher Service

-WLAN im Zimmer war eine Katastrophe -Getränkepreise ziemlich teuer -Kaffee Kapselmaschine im Zimmer, insgesamt jedoch nur 4 Kapsel frei, egal ob man 2 Tage bleibt oder 1 Woche, denke pro Person pro Tag sollte bei den preisen mind. 1 Kapsel drinnen sein -leider ist in Saalbach Mitte September, Abends nichts los (fast ausgestorben)
