staff very friendly and welcoming except the man serving food and drinks in the restraunt downstairs . quite hostile and

very close to ski lifts and supermarket. very convenient

room was good size and bed was comfy but pillows were very flat . we had a room facing the main street and it was extremely noisy some nights with drunken people shouting 12am onwards. not the hotels fault but i had to leave the bathroom extractor fan on to muffle the noise out so i could sleep . would ask for a room at the back of i stayed again .

Good

The breakfast at the property was very good and ideal to prepare for a day skiing. The hotel was very central in a small town and beds very comfortable although 2 single beds pushed together .

Our room was in a building separate to the main hotel which was no problem. However, the compacted snow around the entrance to this building was incredibly slippy and wasn't cleared for the full duration of our stay (a week) although the entrance around the main hotel was cleared. Had it been cleared it would have made a significant impact on access to the building.

Exceptional

The Hotel has traditional European Style but inside the room is very modern. The staffs are all friendly and very accommodating. The location is superb. Restaurants, Skii and Bike shops, ATM, Bank, Supermarket, Bars, Aquapark, Cable cars for Skiing, bike trails and mountain hiking are all just around the corner. They have private parking lot and closed garage for bikes, indoor swimming pool and Sauna. The food in their Restaurant is excellent, they have different menu to choose from esp. for children.

Nach dem ersten Schock nach der Ankunft, schmuddelige Rezeption, hat das schöne Wetter entschädigt!

Lage ist sehr gut! Das Frühstück war wie die Ausstattung, einfach veraltert!

Veralterte Ausstattung, wie vor 50 Jahren! Damals bestimmt ein schönes Hotel, seitdem hat sich nichts verändert! Renovierung dringend notwendig, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

Das Hotel lebt tief in dem Sozialismus. Ich bleibe jedes Jahr minimal zwei Monate in Österreich und dieses Hotel ist am schlimmsten wie Ich war. Ich habe das Zimmer hinter der Küche und es gab viel Lärm von 5 bis 24 Uhr, immer jemand von Personal ist draußen und sprechen und sprechen… Um fünf Uhr am Morgen stimmen sie die Kisten zu, oder Müll wegwerfen. Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Das Restaurant ist sehr schrecklich, es gibt keinen Platz für Tisch für die Erwachsene Leute, Ich bin kaum gelegen (eins für vier Personen). Niemand von Restaurant spricht Deutsch. Ich warte minimal halbe Stunde für das schlechte Hauptgericht. Es gab nur einmal die Suppe in drei Tage. Alle Gerichte sind so klein, kleiner von dem Kindermenü und so salzig. Das Hotel ist sehr teuer, ich verstehe nicht warum. Und verstehe Ich nicht warum vier Sterne es gibt.

Im Sommer eine gute Preis-Leistung für ein Bikepark Wochenende.

Hervorragende Lage zu beiden Liften. Direkt in der Flaniermeile. Pool und Saunalandschaft klein aber zweckmäßig. Rezeption super motiviert und hilfreich. Das Hotel hat Garagenstellplätze im städtischen Parkhaus gemietet. Die sind auf der neunten Ebene und wirklich großzügig bemessen. Kosten 10€. Ein guter Deal im Vergleich zum Wildwest Schotterparkplatz. Frühstück ist zweckmäßig und gut. Kaffee kommt aus dem Vollautomaten samt echter Milch und ist trinkbar. Abendessen kann für 20€ dazugebucht werden und lohnt sich durch die üppige Salat- und Nachspeisenbar.

Will man den Saunabereich nutzen, muss man das vorher anmelden. Leider wurde das so nicht kommuniziert. Das Bad kann klaustrophobische Empfindungen auslösen. Allein das Ausspucken der Zahnpasta erfordert eine herausragende Beweglichkeit des Oberkörpers, da das Waschbecken so schmal ist und direkt darüber die Spiegelablage ist. Im Restaurant spricht keiner Deutsch. Eine Bedienung versteht noch nicht mal Englisch… Wir sind in Saalbach-Hinterglemm und nicht am anderen Ende der Welt. Der in Booking angepriesene Ladeplatz für Elektroautos befindet sich auf dem Schotterparkplatz. Dieser sollte auch tatsächlich für Elektrofahrzeuge freigehalten werden, wenn schon damit geworben wird.

Dejlig oplevelse!

Vi blev modtaget af hotellets søde frue. Hun fortalte om hotellets historie mens vi ventede på indkvartering. Det var hyggeligt og interessant at høre om. Hotellet er særpræget indrettet i gammel stil og kvalitet med et moderne touch. Dejlig oplevelse! Alle udviste ro, åbenhed og nærvær. Vi skulle kun være der en overnatning, men stedet og personalet gjorde så godt et indtryk, at vi kun kan anbefale at tage et længere ophold der! Vi havde vores lille hund med, den fik lige så meget opmærksomhed som os. Så alle havde alt i alt et skønt ophold! De bedste hilsner fra Hans-Henrik og Cocco.

Chaos und Schmutz

Das super nette Personal an der Rezeption und die tolle Lage. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist völlig veraltet. Unser Zimmer sehr klein, das Bad war eine Frechheit. Es gibt keine Restaurants Leitung,keiner kennt sich aus,der Boden dreckig,Kaffeemaschinen dreckig,und die Tassen musste man erst ansehen ob sie sauber sind .Chaos im Frühstücksraum da die Schilder auf den Tischen nicht die Zimmernummer ist.Musik im Frühstücksraum zu laut,kein Tuch auf dem Brot zum schneiden, erst nach verlangen.Ich weiß nicht wo die Sterne sind. Nie wieder.

Schönes Hotel mit kleineren Schwächen

Die Ansprache des Personals war erfrischend freundlich, und kleinere Dinge wurden sofort umgesetzt. Die Lage für Saalbach Verhältnisse, war ideal. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, eine sehr vielfältige Salat- und Dessertbar, und ein Käsebuffet rundeten das 3-Gänge-Menu immer ab.

Sehr gegensätzlich zum Abendessen war leider das Frühstück. Zwar waren alle Bestandteile vorhanden, aber ohne Ideen und Vielfalt angerichtet.Honig und Marmelde in Plastikdöschen, und dann nur eine Sorte die ganze Woche seien nur exemplarisch genannt. Irritierenderweise war in diesem Punkt die Hotelführung gegenüber konstruktiver Kundenkritik verschlossen was leider anschließend die Stimmung belastete.

Super Lage, sauber. Das Hotel ist wohl eines der ältesten in Saalbach und hat seinen eigenen Charme. Das Hotelpersonal ist hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Abendbuffet war sehr reichhaltig in gemütlicherAtmosphäre. Wir konnten uns in keinster Weise beschweren.

Die Kellner im Restaurant waren zum Teil etwas speziell, aber auf ihre Art trotzdem urig 😁. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Berger's Sporthotel und kann es nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist ideal. Wenn man gleich in der früh zum Skifahren beginnt schafft man sowohl Leogang als auch Hinterglem. Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich eingerichtet mit guten Ausblick. Man fühlte sich wie Zuhause. Das Essen war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Optionen. Ich habe sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen genossen. Zu guter Letzt möchte ich den Wellnessbereich hervorheben. Nach einem langen Tag konnte ich im Spa-Bereich wunderbar entspannen. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Perfekt für die Erholung und eine Auszeit. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Aufenthalt und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Abende gepaart mit uhriger Stimmung!

Wir waren begeistert vom Hotel und vom Personal! Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, die Lage ist vorzüglich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Flair hat ganz viel Charme.

für diesen Preis okay. Zentrale Lage, Zimmer hat sich leid.er sehr stark am Tag aufgeheizt in der Nacht sehr heiss.

Extrem freundliches Personal am Empfang, Kellner sehr freundlich. Verpflegung ausreichend und sehr gut.

Unterbringung von E-Bikes leider noch keine gute Lösung. kein extra Raum für diese. wahrscheinlich war die Kellnerin für den Außenbereich an unserem Abend ein klein wenig überfordert, wenn man eine halbe Stunde wartet, dass man eine Rechnung bezahlt beziehungsweise eine neue Bestellung aufgeben kann und man extra reingehen muss, um diese zu begleichen, noch mal möchte ich das nicht.
