Fast alles hat gepasst 😊👍🏻 es war wirklich top. Das essen war super gut die zimmer waren sauber. Das personal freundlich 😊 der wellness bereich ist auch sehr schön. Es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt

Der pool könnte wärmer sein. In einen wellness bereich möchte ich mich entspannen und somit auch warmes wasser haben. Bei uns hatte der pool 26-27 grad mehr nicht. Und das personal könnte man so wählen das sie auch deutsch können. Ich fands ein bisschen traurig das ich als österreicherin im eigenen land mit dem personal englisch sprechen muss weil die kellnerin 0 deutsch konnte.

Персонал був надзвичайно привітним, всі працівники були дуже любʼязними. Можу відмітити смачний сніданок і надзвичайно смачний хліб. Продукти були якісні і чудові на смак. Після насиченого дня можна відпочити в спа, басейн з підігрівом і гарним видом. Кімната була чистою досить просторою. Своїми вихідними ми залишились повністю задоволеними.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Gegend Österreichs

- Schickes Hotel mit gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmern, sehr sauber! - sehr bequemes Bett! - Ausgewogenes Frühstück - Tolle Lage um Ausflüge direkt zu Fuß zu starten (Seilbahnen + Fahrradverleih direkt um die Ecke) - Super Restaurant am Abend - Toller Spa-Bereich inklusive Aussenpool (beheizt)

- In den Zimmern keine Möglichkeit einen Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten - Unser Zimmer lag leider direkt am Treppenaufgang / Fahrstuhl und der Balkon wiederum zur Straßenseite raus. Daher doppelte Lärmbelästigung. - Durch die Süd/Westlage des Zimmer hat es sich stark aufgeheizt, Lüften in der Nacht war aber wegen der viel befahrenen Landstraße eher schwierig. - Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns einen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer gewünscht. - Frühstückszeiten etwas knapp mit 07:30 Uhr - 09:30 Uhr.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel mit ebenso gutem Restaurant und perfekter Lage für Wanderausflug.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein Umbuchen war vollkommen problemlos, die Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Hotel außergewöhnlich gut. Gemütlich und modern zugleich. Alles extrem sauber und gepflegt. Der Saunabereich schön und einladend, wie auch der ÜPool. Das Essen im Restaurant außergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig. Die Stadt und die nächsten Lifte fußläufig zu erreichen, besonderer Service mit der Joker Card. Insgesamt ein toller und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Meget serviceminded og vi fik en fantastisk upgrade, så der var virkelig styr på tingene. Virkelig fantastisk morgenmad, som kan anbefales.

Jeg synes ikke at aftensmaden levede op til mine forventninger til trods for vores meget søde personale. Maden var ikke i den klasse jeg forventede.

Das Hotel Gappmaier ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Familiär geführt mit einer spürbar herzlichen Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und der gesamte Hotelbereich sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – gemütlich, stilvoll und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: abwechslungsreich, frisch und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, den man gerne weiterempfiehlt. Ich komme definitiv wieder :)

Was mir nicht gefallen hat? Dass der Aufenthalt irgendwann zu Ende war!

The perfect boutique hotel for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers!

We had such a great stay at the Hotel Gappmaier. We were there for a business-mountain biking trip and the staff kindly offered us a late check-out, which was amazing. We had dinner at the Hotel and it was delicious. Great wine selection and fantastic choice on the dinner menu. The breakfast buffet was to die for, everything one could want - from muesli to cold cuts to juices, the option to order specific egg dishes via clever order notes on the table. Again the staff was so nice and helpful. So nice also to meet the owner who showed us the amazing mountain biking facilities - including wash station, lockable storage and even a shower next to it! One of the highlights was the garden with its comfy lounges, the beautiful mountain view and amazing post-ride vibes. Not to mention the brand-new spa and wellness area and pool - we'll be back!

Really good location, close to lifts and restaurants in the town centre. One of our rooms had gorgeous views. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The spa area was delightful, the pool was lovely although very small.

One of the rooms overlooked the main road and was opposite an enormous, ugly carpark. Not very scenic.

Amazing spontaneous bike trip

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful. It has the best bike facilities i have ever seen. Lockers, showers, bike wash, workstand. More like a spa for your MTB. Great service and good food and a beautiful spa area featuring multiple saunas and an infinity pool. Great place to stay in Saalbach

Excellent stay, lovely staff and good location.

The public areas and exterior of the hotel have benefited from an excellent refit. The food was excellent, the breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of choice and the evening meals were varied and mostly delicious. The waiting staff are all lovely, very personable, attentive and efficient. The location is good, the hotel is just a short walk to the village centre whilst being equidistant to each of the gondolas. The hotel manager was also very helpful when our pre booked taxi to the airport failed to arrive, he kindly rang around and managed to arrange another taxi. He was also on hand to help and provide advice of how to get to neighbouring Kaprun and Zell am See.

Our Schattberg room had benefited from a refresh but unfortunately the bathroom remained dated, the shower over the bath did not have a curtain so it was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom.
