The standard of food was not great unfortunately. Breakfast a big limited there’s no omelette service, a tiny toaster, the r tea was not good. Evening meal was los grade and tasteless and again limited except for the beef rib which was good. Pool didn’t open until 4pm which is a bit late if you’ve finished skiing early.

Good location and reception staff. But not definitely not worth the money!

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. We arrived just shy of midnight and the receptionist had prepared all the check-in procedures for us. Even a sandwich plate in our room. Big thanks! Wellness (saunas and outdoor pool) was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good in terms of proximity to the main ski lifts.

Location: - Unfortunately, the bars and restaurants are close as well and there was no quiet before 2 a.m. The room: - the bathroom and shower are with class doors and walls, this was very annoying when using the WC (no privacy) - no towels when we arrived - room was quite dirty (lots of dust especially under the bed and on the headboard of the bed), even found an old sock hiding behind the curtain and some trash from the previous visitor in the cupboard! Beware if you are sensitive to dust or have allergies!!! - daily cleaning did nothing more than set up the bed cover, trash was not emptied, the toilet was not cleaned etc. Breakfast: - boiled eggs were impossible to peel (did they forget to rinse these with cold water)? Dinner: - even though the service and the plating was on a very high level, the food quality varied a lot - no drinking water was included with the dinner

Super Lage, toller Pool!

Sehr nettes Personal, toller außen Pool der im Winter auch beheizt und nutzbar ist.

Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden wie zB: wir hatten unser Gepäck bei der Rezeption abgegeben, damit es ins Zimmer gebracht wird sobald das Zimmer fertig ist, leider stand das 17:00 Uhr noch in der Lobby, wir haben es dann selber ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Spa-Tasche könnte eigentlich schon im Zimmer verfügbar sein, wir mussten diese selber bei der Rezeption abholen (nach dem man sich umgezogen hatten). Eine Rufnummer für die Rezeption hatte uns leider auch gefehlt.

Az é étkezés nagyon gyenge az autó parkolása szintén!Az utazás előtt kértük az ágy méretét a 16 -éves fiunknak de ez sem sikerült csak utólag! A finn szauna baleset veszélyes nem használják a törölközőt a vendégek ,a pad festett és nagyon közel van a kályhához !Óriásit estem a padon csak a szerencsén múlt hogy nem estem rá a kályhára!

Schön, dass wir da waren, noch schöner, dass wir wieder gefahren sind!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, ist sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht- vor allem die Putzkräfte. Auch der Spa-Bereich kann sich sehen lassen!

Leider hat kein einziger von den Kellnern Deutsch gesprochen und auch bei der Dame an der Rezeption waren nur begrenzte Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden. Das Essen abends war ungenießbar -fettiges Fleisch, nach Plastik schmeckendes Risotto, nichtmal die Karotten waren genießbar. Das „Beef Tartar“ wurde als Stück Fleisch+ Gurkenschnipsel auf winzigsten Brötchen am Buffet angeboten. Außerdem ist die Auswahl an Speisen nicht für heikle Esser geeignet. Das Frühstück war okay, wobei die Qualität der Lebensmittel auch die unterste Grenze war. Die Pancakes waren bröslig, Aufstriche waren nur sehr begrenzt vorhanden, der Käse war ausgetrocknet und bei der Wurst fehlte das Angebot- es wurde nur Schinken angeboten. Der Spa Bereich verfügt zwar über ein Tolles Angebot jedoch war weder der Boden noch der Raum der Infrarotsessel geheizt- es war mehr kalt als entspannend. Das Pool könnte auch um ein paar grad wärmer sein, was mich aber weniger stört als der Fakt, dass man zwar vom Inneren des Raumes ins Wasser hinein kann, jedoch nichtmehr raus. Somit musste man in der Kälte aus dem Pool raus um die außen liegende Türe zu erreichen. Der Weg von Pool-Ausstieg zu Tür war spiegelglatt, was schlussendlich einen Sturz zur Folge hatte!!! Es gibt nirgends gratis Parkmöglichkeiten, für die Parkgarage zahlte man 22€ pro Tag! Die Plätze waren sehr eng. -Mir ist klar, dass das Hotel an dem Preis nichts ändern kann, jedoch hätte man schon in der Anzeige kommunizieren können, dass keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
