Brilliant staff!

The staff were absolutely brilliant and work so hard. I have dietary requirements and they went out of their way to accommodate me for each meal. The location was great too, not too far from the gondolas and close to the bars/shops etc.

Don't ever reserve a one bedroom room! You get the worst!

The breakfast.

The one bed room was the size of two single beds, and it was very cold all night. I couldn't sleep at all. Reserved two nights, but left the pension after the first night, leaving the second night charge lost.

Great place to stay for the Summer mountain biking season!

I have stayed here for the last 3 mountain biking seasons, breakfast has a lot of options and is very tasty.

Great budget hotel

Staff very friendly and hard working. Hotel is very clean. Bike room also allows Ebike charge for free. Double room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes and a small seating area. Breakfast was included and always fresh, including fresh baked pastries and bread. Ps entrance is difficult to find, main Street is pedestrianised but you can drive down it. Entrance is opposite another hotel called something like hotel miterer.

Location is very central but is noisy due to a river run next to it and some bars having music on late in the evening. Pillows are terrible. My shower wasn't great, low pressure and bracket broken. Parking is 11euro per Day with very limited spaces.

With friends we really like this place and this hotel is one of our top places in Saalbach

They know how to deal with guests. Fantastic breakfast, the rooms were very cleaned every day.

The garage for bikes could be a little bit to small in some cases. Don't understand me wrong, it's enough of space if everyone place their equipment to the right place.

Location was pretty perfect

My room was clearly NOT the one I booked, I was given a Tiny single room the 9m2 one and not the 14 m2 room that was booked, the bed was to short that I didn’t have one good night sleep

A great place to stay and enjoy Saalbach.

In a perfect location in the centre of town. This was overall a good value hotel with reasonably good facilities.

The bathroom was a little small and the breakfast room was overwhelmed at peak times.

Places in the middle of the village, on the main street, most of the things are in walking distance.

Parking not clearly announced to be not free, too expensive and away from Hotel, price is different on different websites where the Hotel is listed. Shower is not very useful, too small.

We loved Mette! She was so helpful and friendly. We booked an extra night while we were there. She explained everything and made us very welcome. The area is great, just off the main street which I was worried about first thinking it might be too noisy. But it was very relaxing. Lovely spot. We cant wait to return.

To summarize... always a good choice for biking weekend with the boys.

Classic continental breakfast. Not really large choice of food but it is enough to satisfy your needs. Staff is really friendly (like always) and will help you without hesitation. They have bike room which is locked in the evening. Personally I don't miss anything while there and had always a good time.

Rooms could be renovated to remove strange odour from old floor tapestry. But since we are always away during the day, your forget about all that and the price is good, so one cannot expect too much.

Pleasant for a 3 night solo skier trip. Amazing location in typical old fashioned Austrian pension.

Location was perfect with 3 major gondolas within a few minutes walking. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops, and rental shops. Breakfast was good too.

Very uncomfortable bed which was loud and very hard (suspected springs in mattress are too old). The late check in 1600 isn’t very good when one arrives earlier and would like to drop bags off to start skiing. No info about maybe one can drop bags off in a Luggage room before check in or have someone present at hotel. No chance of late check out either.

it is very close to a nightclub where people party in the street till 3 am and all the noise is right in the room, could not sleep at all

Mountains great, people a bit cold & rude

Close to city centre and in vicinity of all the restaurants, gondolas, chair lifts etc

the room was ice cold when I arrived. considering the dates and the fact that it was full winter (-6 degrees) I would’ve expected to get into a warm room, not a fridge. turned the heat on myself, no problem. took a few hours before the room got warm enough so I could have a shower after travelling for 16 hours to get there. one old man from the staff was always rude, I won’t go into more details because I don’t want to waste my time on this. long story short, I won’t go back there any time soon.
