The property is great, location is too, service amazing

Unfortunately they seem to be focused on groups (Dutch and Finish), terribly bad behaviour a lot of noise at night. They should segregate different guest to avoid so much discomfort to guest. But the staff is great !!

I came here for just one night and had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They gave me fantastic recommendations for everything worth in the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the entire room, including the bathroom was spotless down to the last detail! The hotel’s location is right in the heart of everything so you can start your piste adventure right away, yet peaceful enough for a perfect night’s sleep.

Spacious and comfortable with great access for the town and the mountains.

Room was much larger and more spacious than expected. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite modern and fairly central for Saalbach, and close to the gondolas.

Rooms were quite warm, but as expected being summer.

Superb

I would definitely join one of the reviews - it was a 5-stars experience in the 4-stars hotel!! The room was pretty comfortable and warm, good beds and pillows.. No refrigerator , so we used our balcony for that purpose. Breakfasts were super! Wide selection of really quality food. Good coffee, fresh bakery ( croissants were soooo delicious) and Prosecco 😉 there was also “a la carte”, but we did not manage to try it for all those 6 days as all the rest was just great. The only one thing I would appreciate is fresh juice. Also we were there for dinners and they were one of the best we had in Saalbach ( if not the best). The SPA zone was not that big, but somehow was never crowded, felt comfortable there. Would be nice to have something like a barrel with cold water to dip there after the sauna, since there is no pool. BTW, for those who like massages : that would be a challenge to find any in Saalbach or nearby. The staff was amazing ! From the first moment till the last! We arrived late at night, let them know in advance and there was not any problem with that. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and positive , so you felt really welcome there. Front desk guys are just beyond any expectations! Special thanks to Antiopi ( sorry if wrong in spelling). Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and lovely stay

Spacious rooms, we had a lovely view of the Scattberg slopes from our room. Staff were very friendly, excellent service with everything, helpful with making restaurant reservations and advising on ski rentals and routes etc. Great selection for breakfast!

Fridges in the room would have been nice.

I was given a free upgrade for the first night with the same fare I booked through Booking, however, the second night I was charged a double price just to get the summer card, which is really not worthy. the summer card offered isn't accepted in Kaprun and Zell am see.
