A very modern, clean friendly hotel with great food and drink.

A beautiful modern Hotel. The ski/boot room is outstanding, the Spa area was very clean and staff (Mike) was so helpful. The food was outstanding from Breakfast to Evening dinner and again our waiter was amazing. The bar area was welcoming and again the staff were quick and very friendly. We used the additional treatments room for a full massage which was superb and needed after 4 days skiing. Then the room, this was very spacious, clean and even had the galaxy on the ceiling when the lights go out. Location was brilliant as was in the middle of a number of lifts. We were very impressed with this hotel and would without a doubt return.

Could do with another lift as it was very slow.

The staff were exceptional. They were helpful and pleasant. The gym, sauna, pool and ski locker boot room were first class. The food was good and varied. Rooms were clean and serviced well.

Only one lift for guests, leading to long wait times. The hair dryer over heated every 20 seconds, the heated towel rails did not work and the hotel was not visually attractive.

Everything, absolutely top class hotel and facilities. Staff very professional and forthcoming.

Glass at main entrance and by the pool with large cracks. Need repair. Area from pool area to wellness area, small stones a mess, dangerous and need fixing.

This is an amazing resort - you are very well looked after here. Facilities and rooms are awesome and the food is high quality. The staff are very attentive and the service is amazing.

The bar staff were quite rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable any time we wanted to order a drink - as if doing so was a massive inconvenience to them. I had to keep reminding myself and our group that we had actually paid for these drinks as part of the all-inclusive rate. When asking for a drink recommendation we were told to look at the menu and on another occasion when trying to make conversation and lighten the mood, the bar staff member was very rude in response. The drinks that we did receive were of amazing quality - the bar tenders are very talented, they could just work on their attitude towards customers. For the most part, the staff at this resort are amazing, however these experiences left a sour note.

Absolut zu empfehlendes Hotel für einen Wellnessurlaub aber auch im Winter eine Top-Adresse!

Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass unser Zimmer bereits zwei Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check-In verfügbar war und das wir als Draufgabe noch ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten haben. Die Damen bei den Rezeption und der Barkeeper waren sehr kompetent und freundlich.

Nichts, mir hat alles an diesem Urlaub gefallen.

Perfekt für einen Aktivurlaub, aber auch für Durchreisende

Dieses Hotel war für mich die angenehmste Überraschung dieses Jahres, und ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es tut mir nur leid, dass ich nicht länger bleiben und es genießen konnte. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist perfekt, Parkplätze sind in der Nähe, das Zimmer ist hervorragend eingerichtet und ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel, das Badezimmer ist perfekt, aber der Spa-Bereich hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen.

Ändern Sie nichts, alles ist genau so, wie es sein soll.

Prima verblijf

Had een spa en een leuke bar waar een gezellige barman achterstond. Personeel was vriendelijk . Super mooie ski lockers !

Geen koffie apparaat of thee voorziening op de kamer. Was wel een stuk van de skilift. Treintje naar skilift rijdt niet op zaterdag. Bij aankomst bleek dat je all inclusief kon boeken .. We hadden hier niet voor gekozen als we dat hadden geweten. Trekt toch ander soort publiek. Wij hadden dus geen all inclusief maar er lag ook nergens een kaart als we iets wilde eten of snacken .
