perfect

due to a road closure and a traffic jam we arrived late however a call to the hotel meant the staff went out of their way to ensure we had the pre booked dinner which was much appreciated with no reduction in service or quality and it was excellent. We ended up being moved to the sister hotel which was a significant upgrade .all staff we came into contact with made our short stay here very comfortable and welcoming

Clean and comfortable hotel, with friendly staff, but lacking some of the facilities expected of 4*

Breakfast was very good overall...BUT there was inconsistent supply of boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. We had to ask for these to be replenished and often had to wait. Dinner starter buffet was excellent...but inconsistent. (What happened to the sweetcorn after 3 nights?) The shuttle service to the Eva Village was VERY good...an absolute "must have" for skiers to avoid an uncomfortable trudge to start the day. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, serviced every day, reliable hot water supply.

Lack of response to maintenance requests. After SEVERAL requests to repair a bedside light, it was eventually repaired on the MORNING OF OUR DEPARTURE. Poor dinner provision for vegetarians... only 1 option (take it or leave it). 3 carrots, however cooked and dressed, is NOT a main course in anyone's book! No facility for an apres-ski tea or coffee. Kettle and cups in room would have been appreciated. Misleading advertising of availability of swimming pool. It's not really "available" without a shuttle service and even then not very practical.

Simply the best place for Skiing and relaxing in Austria I have experience so far

Super friendly staff always ready to help you e.g. keep skiing even last day after the checkout. The spirit between each person in the staff was amazing. They we’re really like perfect team helping also each other without any question of arguing. That’s the place where is much easier to rest and spend wonderful time. The place is amazing for skiing + the hotels spa!

Once we get to salty gulash and few sharp pieces of bound hurts me little bit. (I just don’t expect it in gulash.) Rest of meals was amazing. I really enjoy it. Service while every meal was excellent.

Short end of season family ski trip.

Staff were all excellent and the evening dinner outstanding,the view from the dining and bedroom was very nice and bedroom was very comfortable and spacious.

During our winter break having to go outside the hotel and then back in again for access to the reception,dining room and sauna from the lower (100/104) ground rooms is a bit unusual. This is not a major problem and would be less of an issue during the summer.

Exceptional

Always a choice for the evening meal and standard of food was good. Lovely wait staff in restaurant too. Warm bathroom floors were great after a day skiing and the beds were super comfy. Good service to ski lifts in morning and late afternoon.

lovely stay at the Eva garden hotel

Rooms were lovely and staff very very helpful. Hotel Shuttle runs you down to the lifts of your choice in the morning and back up at night . Driver of the shuttle at the Eva village was especially helpful . Drive me to the medical clinical in Hinterglemm to get my ankle x rayed and picked me back up again later .

No lift. Broke my ankle during stay and the 3 flights of stairs to my room were not great

Wir hatten tolles Wetter, dass über alle Mängel stand.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und bemüht. Die Verpflegung, Frühstück und Abendessen, waren extrem gut und hochwertig.

Wichtige Funktionen wie Heizung und Skiheizung haben nicht funktioniert. Der so genannte Wellnessbereich besteht aus einer winzigen Sauna, die mir als zwei Personen nicht verträgt. Im Saunabereich sehr warm, keine Belüftung. In den Zimmern war es im Erdgeschoss sehr warm, im ersten OG eher kühl. Der Personallead, Peter, ist ja bemüht, alle Probleme zeitnah zu lösen. Leider gelingt ihm das nicht, da die Abhängigkeit vom Eva-Village zu groß ist.

Een skivakantie in een mooi en verzorgd hotel.

Bij aankomst zeer hartelijk ontvangen, alles wordt aan je verteld over het hotel. De kamers zijn mooi, en zeer schoon. De pendelbus die iedere morgen en middag rijdt is ideaal, het is niet ver lopen maar dit is een extra service. Het eten in de ochtend en avond is zeer gevarieerd. Personeel is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Dit hotel is aan te bevelen als je een perfecte skivakantie wilt.

Turbolente Erfahrung dafür eine sehr schicke Suite

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Schattberg, schicke neu renovierte Suite im UG. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Frühstück um 9:30 Uhr komplett abgebaut gewesen. Regulär bis 10:30 Uhr. Kleiner SKIraum, optisch nicht auf der Höhe. Sauna in den 80igern stehen geblieben. Eine vernünftige Kommunikation auf Deutsch ist nur passabel mit einem einzigen der Service Mitarbeiter möglich. Über unserer Suite (101) trampelt es ziemlich lautstark.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im eva,GARDEN ist eine Frechheit!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine absolute Frechheit. Wir waren vom 26.12 bis 31.12.25 im Hotel eva,GARDEN und haben knapp 500 € !!!! pro Nacht und Doppelzimmer inkl. HP bezahlt. Erhalten haben wir u.a. folgende Ausstattung: d Die Duschwand im Bad war nicht nutzbar, da sie mit einem Klebeband fixiert war, an der Decke ragte ein alter Lautsprecher lose heraus, die Badtür ließ sich nur mit viel Kraft öffnen und schließen, da sie am Boden schliff, von den alten verschlissenen Fugen ganz zu schweigen, kam dann auch noch ein Silberfisch zum Vorschein. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer mutete eher an eine Pension aus den 70ern als an ein Hotel in 2025. Der muffige Geruch im Zimmer und die verschlissenen Teppiche waren sehr einprägsam. Die Sauna, mit angeschlossener Duschkabine, ist wahrscheinlich seit Eröffnung des Hotels (vermutlich in den 70ern) nicht modernisiert worden, in der Dusche gab es kein Licht und wir haben nach 5 Minuten aufgegeben, auf warmes Wasser zu warten. Die Getränkepreise im Hotel waren ebenso eine Frechheit: Eine 0,5 l Cola kostete 8,20 €, ein alkoholfreies Hefeweizen aus der Flasche 8 € und ein Cappuccino ganze 6,10 €. Im Hotel VAYA mitten im Zentrum haben wir für einen Cappuccino und einen Kaffee zusammen lediglich 8 € bezahlt. Das Ganze grenzt alles an Abzocke in der Prime Time des Jahres. So etwas haben wir (und schon gar nicht in der Preisklasse) noch nie erlebt. Das Hotel ist übrigens eines von vier eva. Hotels in Saalbach.

Toto nebyl pobyt pro nás.

Velmi dobré jídlo od kuchaře při večeřích. Krásné servírování a vyvážené chutě. U hotelu Eva,village hned vedle super a asi nejlepší podnik na aprés ski posezení. Pěkně zařízené pokoje, čisto, pokojová služba fungovala perfektně. Donáška jídla také super. Respektovali soukromí.

Velmi měkké postele, pro nás bohužel nebylo možné se vyspat. Pokoje nejsou příliš odhlučněné od společné chodby, od prostoru postele k hlavním dveřím pokoje nejsou žádné dělící dveře, a tak bujaré příchody ostatních hostů po party nebo křičící děti jsou velmi velmi slyšet. Rezervovali jsme hotel Eva,garden, který jsme volili z důvodu klidnější lokality oproti centrální části obce, ovšem z nějakého nespecifikovaného důvodu jsme byli přerezervováni do Eva,village, což je sice lokalitou super pro večírky a blízkost svahů, ale pro nás bylo zcela nevhodné. Nesedl nám zcela personál restaurace, ačkoliv to je velmi subjektivní záležitost. Máme rádi, když o personálu není tolik vědět a přesto se zajímá. Tady bylo obsluhy až příliš moc, ve smyslu neustálého dotazování a ujišťování, zda je vše v pořádku, což prostě v momentě, kdy za vámi během večeře přijde číšník 8x, už si říkáte, jestli si z vás dělají legraci. Co se týče poměru cena X výkon, určitě se dají najít v podobné relaci hotely lepší. Polopenze nebyla z naší strany žádoucí, vlastně jsme si ji zarezervovali omylem, nicméně jak to tak už bývá, vše ostatní nad rámec polopenze je řádně naceněno tak, aby z toho bylo kvalitně vyděláno… Na spoustu věcí jsme se museli sami dotazovat, nikdo nám automaticky neposkytl žádné informace sám od sebe (jako například od kdy do kdy jsou snídaně a kde se podávají atd.).
