Passable - but over priced & misleading marketing.

The breakfast was somewhat limited in choice.

No dedicated menu options. This should be on offer for the price & claimed hotel status.

One of the worst Austrian hotels I have stayed in in 55 years and we go regularly to Austria. We live Saalbach though

Bad atmosphere, no communal drinking bar area, poor food, half of spa not working, staff made no effort.

the inflexibility - lunch only served at 3pm no coffees even and you can't eat a roll in the lounge . This was difficult for my husband who broke his ankle and couldn't leave the hotel and therefore was room bound. Very limiting.

Good hotel, location, bedrooms and food. Lack of useable bar area was disappointing

Breakfast was good with enough variety for a week's stay. The food in the evening was always tasty and varied enough, including the salad buffet and soup. The bedrooms were spacious enough, clean and seem to have been refurbished in recent time. While small, the pool was suitable with a nice spa area for adults. The boot room was a little small with little seating, but satisfactory.

The hotel has lost its bar area completely. This area is now used as a dining area. It is very disappointing that a hotel of this size has nowhere to go for a drink before or after dinner. This needs to be rectified. We left the hotel and went elsewhere to have a drink most days

Overpriced, overpromised, exploiting customers. There’s a lot better hotels on the same street!

The location was perfect and the staff were lovely. But a 4*hotel it is definitely NOT.

No bar, no lounge, tiny wellness area teeming with children, tiny cramped ski room, poor toiletries, poor buffet breakfast, misleading photos, not VAYA standard and overpriced in comparison to other hotels on the street. Management are adding more rooms, taking away facilities which a hotel should have and exploiting customers on a grand scale. We booked a ‘deluxe’ room for the new year week at eye watering expense- the shower was off the bath tap and the room was cramped. Friends up the street paid 40% less than us and had a lot more (including a lovely bar and lounge area where we met in their hotel). The staff here were lovely and the evening meal was ok but that’s where it ended. Book somewhere else!

A lovely hotel, with an excellent location and wellness amenities.

Hotel location was excellent. The breakfast offering was excellent. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful. The pool and wellness amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed them daily.

While our hotel room was fine, the water pressure in our shower was extremely weak, resulting in needlessly long showers. We stayed at the hotel 6 days, and each day during breakfast there was either toast, spoons, marmalade, milk, eggs or plates missing, and we needed to request them. There was not one morning during our stay when something wasn't missing. The lighting at our breakfast table was suboptimal. All of these matters were mentioned accordingly to the friendly staff, and where possible, they were dealt with right away.

Great location in town center, spacious rooms, natural pool for swimming, room and hotel decorations, bar close to entry, great and very helpful staff speaking various of languages! Joker card included in our accommodation was big advantage.

This resort was a great first stay in Saalbach, and Austria in general. We will definitely come back again and also try

It has modern amenities and very well-located in the Saalbach town proper. Several lifts are a 5min walking distance. The stay comes with a half-board (free breakfast and dinner) and there was nothing that we didn’t like. We stayed probably the longest amongst the other guests in early winter season and we never felt like we were tired of the food. It’s because the dinner menu was different every day.

Superb

An extraordinary helpful staff. Our luggage was delayed and not delivered to the hotel before a day after it had arrived the airport in Salzburg. The staff in the reception did their utmost to help us on all fronts. The area was fantastic with a lot of varied pists with endless possibilities.

We stayed in the Land haus which was in a separate building. Seemed to us like the hotel rooms which was in the same building as the reception was of a higher standard. It was informed during booking that it was the land haus but we did not realise it was a separate building.
