Top stay for wintersports

This is a superb hotel, luxurious, with a beautiful view over the valley and the snowy hills where you can see and hear the skiing people. Nice breakfast, very helpful people at the reception and a nice big parking below! The swimming pool was constantly heated, very clean (inox), The apartment had a Sauna, clean and easy to use. Overall a top residence

A room with some fitness equipment and a view was missing (or I missed it). Especially for the people who don't ski.

Great week in Saalbach!

Great hotel directly next to the piste. The staff was very friendly and ready to address questions and requests. Breakfat was good with a variety to cover all tastes. The restaurant had a nice view to the.slopes. Top value for money!

Hotel facilities and staff were superb , go out of their way to ensure you have a brilliant stay, we had an issue with bike and staff solved it to ensure could go out next day, staff very friendly

Our stay would have been really nice if not the feeling the restaurant manager caused us.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The stuff is mostly friendly

1. The restaurant manager was very unpleasant and caused us to feel very unwelcome several times. When we talked to her about it, she showed complete lack of understanding and lack of qualification - zero communication skills. It's really a shame such a person is allowed to work with customers. 2. They charge 100Euro post cleaning fees which we weren't aware of and this is after nobody came to clean our room the while week.

the design is very nice and the great thing is the ski-in, ski-out option

the fact that the way to the city center was extremly difficult( only on the main road, steep road and also the cars always passing by). the option was a extremly steep acces aley that was not cleaned when it snowed); the fact that after 20 oclock there was no one at the reception, no one that could advice you in any way. and also no phone extention for the reception mentioned in the room; the outside pool was quite cold, max 20 degrees

beautiful views, large clean rooms with great decks. ski lockers were very convenient. front desk was very helpful when I needed to print and scan a document for my work.

restaurant was not open for lunch and limited evening hours however also understand they were just re-opening from COVID.

Exceptional

Despite the weather, we had a good time. Very friendly staff. Delicious food in the restaurant. You can have breakfast in the hotel. They also offer (payed) bread service for the apartments. Very nice, comfortable and fully equipped apartment. Perfect spot to explore the mountains of Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Small tip: The lights in the apartment were very bright. It would be nice if you can dim the lights.

Perfect hotel for a high comfort biking holiday!

Great location a bit higher up the mountain with a nice view on the valley. Great breakfast and very tasty dinners for the cheap! Wonderfull staff with genuinely the friendliest helpful receptionist I ever met! Perfect hotel for a biking holiday with excellent facilities (locked storage, cleaning installation, ...)! Super clean, nice spacious rooms, very clean heated pool, ... Highly recommended!

Keep in my you have a bit of a climb up the mountain when you want to go back to the hotel after a day of biking :o)

Superb

Very modern however cozy and locally stylish hotel. Apartments very well equiped and spacy, mainly kitchen, modern furniture, super beds. The best was sauna inside the bathroom. This was cool!!! We liked parking in the private garage, it must be very convenient in winter. Hotel has also a small but nice pool with warmed water - it is enough for a short refreshment. We liked it, too!

Staff was a bit distant and cold, no smiles, no talks more. Information about offered services (breakfast, room cleaning, bike rentsls, etc.) were not openly provided, we had to ask on everything and get the details. Example: at breakfast only cold and limited dishes were served, warm buffet (fried eggs, etc) was served only upon guest request. But this option was not offered to us. We saw it the first morning at other guests table and asked the same. It was automatically done also for us but not all people know it.

Groot appartement. Schoon. Goed bed. Ruime douche.

Ontbijt had wel wat variatie in mogen zitten. Dagelijks hetzelfde. Geen vis. Het zelf eieren koken was een uitdaging om je ei goed gekookt te krijgen. Het water was niet altijd tegen kokend aan.

Prima verblijf, maar de echte sfeer en gezelligheid ontbrak in het gebouw.

Het appartement was zeer netjes. Ook was het appartement qua inrichting zeer compleet. De bedden waren erg goed. De privé-sauna was ons erg goed bevallen. Het eten in het restaurant was erg goed!

Ik vond de sfeer ontbreken in restaurant en bar. Het nodigde niet uit om te blijven hangen. De mensen waren zeker niet onvriendelijk, maar de echte Oostenrijkse gastvrijheid en ontbrak. Voor gezelligheid moest je naar Saalbach. Dat is goed te doen te voet, maar de terugweg is best steil omhoog. Taxi's waren in de 2e week van de kerstvakantie duur (€20,- voor 2 minuten rijden).

Wunderschönes und geräumiges Appartement. Küche extrem gut ausgestattet, super sauber. Alle total hundefreundlich. Lage ist super! Bikeverleih direkt am Hotel möglich. Super bequem, hat super funktioniert.

Eigentlich gibt es nicht. Alles war wie beschrieben oder besser. Wenn wir uns was wünschen dürften, wären es vegane Optionen beim Frühstück. War aber nirgends versprochen und daher kein Abzug. Es gab dafür viele vegetarische Optionen.

Nejlepší hotel ve kterém jsme kdy byli. Příjemný personál, krásné, vybavené pokoje s váhledem na hory a se saunou. Z pokoje jsme měli přístup do bazénu přímo z terasy. Dokonce nám byla nabídnuta možnost si odnést večeři na pokoj. Byla nám přidělena i vlastní kóje pro uschovnání kola. Určitě se sem chceme vrátit v zimní i letní sezóně. Po této zkušenosti už nechceme jezdit jinam :)
