All good, rooms were smaller than expected but the service quality made up for it. Location was closed to transport links and handy being close to a landmark!

The shower was ok a bit cramped and the bed was comfy but duvet was thin needs to be thicker as it's still winter the room was clean and tidy

No one on site upon arrival. Called and can’t get hold of hotel reception. If the process was explained before arrival works work better
En-suite was tiny could barely close shower door
