A flat opposite a huge active building site. Very rundown, several very dangerous features.Avoid.

Location is all that commends this dreadful apartment. In every other way it is a nightmare.

The apartment is unfit to be used. There is a huge building site opposite, 4 metres across the street. Pile driving/digging 8amto5pm. Noise & dust means you can't use thebalcony., which in any case only acommodates 1 chair. The presence of the building site was not disclosed to us. Hob is missing a knob so 1 ring.only Main bedroom just partitioned off, the wall short of the ceiling by 1.2 metres. It's tiny.You can't get round the bed. The 2nd Bedroom is on a platform above the living area, with rimckety stairs and an open stairwell,which is very dangerous. This couldn't be safely used for children. especially. The tap in the shower is not thermostatic and the shower is very small. If you knock the tap which is easy to do, you can scald yourself on hot water. Sofa is uncomfortable. Small table has a leg about to drop off. No oven. One electric socket on the wall is loose. Several of the windows and shutters do not close properly which allows noise and wind to enter. There is NO dishwasher, and no washing machine as stated in the advertisement. A minimal effort by the owners at presentation,. In the UK it would be illegal to rent this flat out.

Amazing location into the heart of the city. Confort is good but not at the same location level.

The location of the apprtement is really amazing into the city center. everything can be done by walking. mercado is on down of the building so can take directly breasfast and lunch there. access for all other things or place of the city easily.

But it's not really 2 bedrooms as there are 2 individual beds on top of appartement, under roof with no real confortable and secure access. The other double bed is good but the a separation not until the rool. in this way lightning in one area or room will put light in the other rooms of the appartement. the same for the bathroom. so not a real 2 separate bedrooms in term of confort even if of course there are enough beds to sleep. But for a weekend to visit Valencia the location of the appartement compensate it.

Lovely bright apartment in the heart of the city

My dad and i had a great 5 nights sharing this apartment. I took a matras from the vide and put it on the pull ou couch, it was comfortable The kitchen was well equipped, the staff (Nicoletta) helpful and friendly, the beds were excellent. The location is superb.

The floor is squaking with every step and ofcourse there are little issues like a rattling fan. I sleep better at home. But this is normal with this price range and should not be a big problem.

Hay que volver a Valencia!!

Excelente la ubicación, nos ahorramos mucho dinero en traslados ya que todo estaba a pasos del lugar!!

Debo decirlo que siempre fueron muy claros en cuanto al acceso al piso, ya que las escaleras son muy angostas y un poco empinadas, sin embargo eso no opaco que la vista, el estado del piso y el proceso en general fue muy agradable

Logement misérable, sans confort ni isolation, à fuir !!!

Isolation phonique inexistante : nous avons eu l’impression de dormir dans la rue, avec un bruit constant toute la nuit ! Confort très insuffisant, rendant le séjour impossible. J’avais réservé deux nuits, mais nous sommes partis au bout de la première. Entre les fenêtres et le mur, il y a des fentes laissant voir l’extérieur. Au-dessus de nos têtes, il n’y a aucune isolation : pas de plafond, seulement les tuiles visibles, comme dans un taudis ou un simple cabanon. Attention : il y a des travaux en face et à droite du logement, ce qui ajoute encore du bruit au bruit !

Porte e letti che cigolavano,bagno non perfettamente isolato da camera con parete superiore mancante,scala parte superiore un po'pericolosa.Vetro mancante alla finestra.Il proprietario ha richiesto di lavare posate e di buttare la spazzatura!inoltre tre giorni prima ha richiesto euro 100 a garanzia che ci ha restituito dopo una settimana.

La posición es al lado del mercado central

Una escalera estrecha sucia y peligrosa para llegar al piso. Se debería avisar no del cuarto piano sin ascensor, del peligro de las escaleras… una persona de 60 años no la sube. El piso sucio con un suelo que hacía un ruido increíble, si alguien se levanta por la noche se levantan todos. La zona del soppalco sin luces y con una escalera que si bajas por la noche te matas. El baño es abierto, todo llega a la habitación. Algunas ventanas no tienen cristal.
