1) The building has a centralised heating system so all heaters were off when we needed a bit more warmth
2) The building structure is old, so it remains cold
3) no dishwasher
4) The bathroom doesn't have a lock
5) The owner may provide a portable heater as it is needed when travelling with senior citizens and kids, particularly
