The lock of the front door of the building was broken, so anybody could get in. This is not safe. There was no heating and no warm water.

Disappointing
The location.
The building is old, the apartment's floors and staircases are made of old wood. The handrails throughout the building are extremely low; a real fall hazard for tall people like me. There's no elevator; for those staying on the fourth floor and carrying several suitcases, it's a real ordeal! The building's main door closes with difficulty. The apartment had a strange smell that seemed to be coming from one of the drains. To top it off, we were locked in the room because the key stopped working. We were forced to call the employee who helped us free ourselves from the room. We were locked inside for over an hour. The stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom are extremely steep and short, with a high risk of falling. If you value comfort and security, I do not recommend this property!

A nicely furnished, expensive house in a bad neighborhood with a bad smell.
The furniture was not bad. It was great to have a washer and dryer. Everything you could want was there.
The hotel was in what I thought was a bad neighborhood. We stayed two nights. Both nights, we listened to fighting until dawn. We were warned to be careful walking on the streets at night. There was a coffee machine, but the lack of a single coffee capsule was ridiculous. The price was already quite high for the location. There was also a foul sewer or drain smell in the living room.

Cozy is generous but accurate in contrast to the surrounding neighborhood. Very misleading.
Booking.com was quick to respond with the code for the door access and instructions on getting the key… though everything was in French.
There was no balcony as advertised, the fridge/freezer had no power, a weak mini fridge was provided instead. There was no AC. The neighborhood is filthy and noisy at night (lots of drunks shouting) The laundry machine was broken. There was a raw sewage smell coming from the washroom. The entry door looked older than the building with graffiti tags all over. Expensive for what you get.

Boiler not working and no pressure for shower, a constant problem

- [ ] 1032hr sent all WhatsApp messages with a picture
- [ ] 1043,1047, 1053, 1057 - no answer
- [ ] 1058hr called booking.com - told them about toaster, shower, extra Lenins and towels and etc
- [ ] He responded at 1118hr after booking.com wrote to him - and claimed boiler is working.
- [ ] 1120hr spoke on WhatsApp call and Sam asked me to checkout and booking.com will refund me. Also said, he’s a busy man and can’t be on phone all the time, and instead lied to booking.com that he’s answered all my queries and already spoken to me.
- [ ] When challenged about toaster he said to quote ‘fucking guests, fucking previous guests’. Appalling service.

Spacious apartment.
Great location right near Sth/Midi train station, with a few good supermarkets near by.
We had some challenges with the hot water. Pressure was not enough, and we had to leave the hot tap on in the sink to get the boiler to work. We explained to our host, who moved us to a different apartment, but then the new apartment didn't have a washing machine, which was a nuisance.

Broken bed, bad communication and lively area
Location is centralish and views are lovely, quirky and very clean small apartment, nicely renovated
One of the “large double beds” was a small double with a broken and bent matteress so completely unusable.
The WiFi was terrible so unable to get messages to the host during the short stay.
It’s a vibrant area and was very very noisy until way past the early hours so perhaps as a family we aren’t the ideal customers
The stairs to the flat are step and the entrance hallway has a huge drop so not entirely safe.
A week after the stay we are still waiting to hear back from the owner on the bed situation

APPT À DÉCONSEILLER AUX FAMILLES AVEC ENFANTS. ÉQUIPEMENTS DÉFAILLANTS ET PROPRIO DE MAUVAISE FOI
L'emplacement
1. Appartement situé au 2e étage sans ascenseur, à déconseiller aux personnes adultes, familles avec enfants et ceux qui voyagent avec plus d'une valise.
2. L'entrée principale au rez-de-chaussée, bien que muni d'un code d'accès, ferme mal. On peut y accéder en poussant, même quand on a fermé fort. Souci avec la sécurité.
3. Le chauffage dans les chambres est mort. Les chauffages électriques installés pour dépanner sont très faibles et insuffisants. Nos 4 enfants, dont trois mineurs, été obligés de dormir chaudement habillés. Malgré cela, ils ont passé 2 mauvaises nuits dans le froid.
4. Le chauffage du salon marche par intermittence.
5. L'eau chaude est inexistante : ni au coin cuisine, ni au lavabo de la salle de bain, ni dans la douche. Nos enfants ont fait 2 jours sans se laver, car l'eau de la douche était glaciale. Et nous-même, on était obligés d'utiliser des gants de toilette humectés pour nous assurer un minimum de propriété.
6. L'emplacement d'évacuation de la douche dégage une odeur nauséabonde et très incommodante.
7. Le propriétaire est d'un manque de courtoisie, non collaboratif et manifestement de mauvaise foi. Tous les constats sur les équipements ont été portés à sa connaissance dès notre arrivée le 1e jour, mais sans réaction de sa part. Après une 2e journée entière à l'appeler et lui écrire sans réaction de sa part, il nous répondra le soir que nous n'avions qu'à partir si nous n'étions pas content de l'hébergement. Évidemment, il avait déjà encaissé son argent qu'il a farouchement refusé de rembourser... Ainsi, sur les 6 jours payés, nous n'avons été logés que 2 jours et avons perdu 4 jours, soit 832 euros. Nous avons préféré sauver la santé de nos enfants.

La posizione era ottima vicina a metro e fermata del pullman, era accogliente, grande e il riscaldamento funzionava più che bene, era un'appartamento molto vivibile e 6 persone ci siamo stati benissimo dentro per 1 settimana,
I letti erano un po' scomodi ma comunque buoni, la cucina era poco provvista di pentole e tegami per cucinare (noi eravamo un gruppo italiano) 4 piani di scale erano davvero molto pesanti e nell'ingresso c'erano i bidoni del negozio di fianco che puzzavano molto e impuzzonivano tutta la tromba delle scale,
Purtroppo ho chiesto aiuto al padrone di casa ma non mi ha neanche risposto sulla chat di booking, ma non fa niente alla fine abbiamo risolto da soli.

Wohnung benötigt dringend Aufmerksamkeit!
Schöne zentrale Lage, nähe U-Bahn, Wlan inklusive, Badezimmer eigentlich ganz schön
Hauseingangstür ohne Schloss, also Treppenhaus für Jeden zugänglich, Steile Treppe, kein ausreichendes Licht im Treppenhaus, Vorhänge hängen teilweise herunter, manche Steckdosen funktionieren nur, wenn Deckenlicht eingeschaltet wird, Stühle nicht gerade bequem, Hutzen könnten mal gewaschen werden.
Matratze schmutzig, wurde herum gedreht, so dass man direkt auf den Sprungfedern schlief, dies geht gar nicht und ist sehr beschäment, übel riechender Abflußgeruch aus der Dusche, Toilettensitz nicht richtig befestigt, Heizung kalt, nur 2 Elektro-Heizungen sind nicht ausreichend, was im November bei 6-8° nicht gerade gemütlich ist.

Localização do bairro é ótima. Pizzaria perto, fácil localização e quarto amplo. Confortável para quatro pessoas: bem amplo.
O quarto fica no terceiro andar e para quem anda com malas e, como o espaço não tem elevador, acho que faltou ser claro quanto a esta informação porque faz diferença.

Gute Lage in Saint-Gilles mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés in Laufnähe.
Kein öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe. Ausstattung des Apartments eher minimalistisch und Möbel mit niedriger Qualität. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es kein warmes Wasser und keine Zentralheizung. Probleme wurden adressiert, aber leider nicht gelöst.

Reserrvamos con dos habitaciones para cuatro personas y la cama grande estaba rota y uno tuvo que dormir en el sofa.
No habia ni un armario para dejar la ropa.
El agua caliente no funcionaba y tuvimos que ducharnos los 5 dias que estuvimos con agua fria, ademas ni el dueño del apartamento ni Boocking hicieron nada para soluxionarlo

La situation le quartier est sympa exelente boulangerie ds la rue, l'appartement est vaste et propre mais
Le forfait de 40veuros en plus du nettoyage à 60 euros pose question. Alors pour cette somme je suggère de faire réparer le double vitrage cassé de nettoyer le Siphon du lavabo, de mettre une prise pour la lampe de chevet de la chambre de droite, de changer la lunette des WC qui ne tient pas et d'inverser le rebord de fenêtre de la douche pour qu'il reste à sec après la douche et peut-être une armoire correcte dans les chambres ... En fait il n'y a pas de balcon juste des porte fenêtre sur un garde Corp Bref un appartement qui a besoin d'entretien.

Non mi é piaciuta la posizione dell’appartamento al 2’ piano, a cui si accede con una scala scomodissima. Nel piccolo e striminzito ingresso dalla strada sono depositati dei maleodoranti bidoni per la spazzatura. Un fast food che ha accesso anche dall’ingresso del palazzo emana un cattivo odore di fritto che risale negli appartamenti sovrastanti dove ristagna. L’appartamento sembra molto trascurato sporco. Le fodere bianche delle sedie sono macchiate di unto.

localisation intéressante dans un quartier animé. Appartement propre, spacieux, moderne, lumineux.
appartement de charme, assez spacieux, bien décoré, conforme à la présentation. bonne literie. salle de bain moderne et lumineuse. Excellent contact et disponibilité de l’hôte. fascicule d'accueil mis à disposition (même si les infos ne concernent pas toutes l'appartement situé jean volders...;) comme l'indication d'un parking proche...)
l'absence de climatisation (pas de chance, canicule) rendait nécessaire l'ouverture des fenêtres or le quartier est très animé, très tard et très tôt (installation du marché plusieurs jours par semaine, bennes à verre pour les nombreux bars). nuits courtes et peu reposantes.

Emplacement central proche de la gare, des transports, des sites touristiques et des commerces.
Appartement clair avec une salle de bain spacieuse et agréable.
Contacts avec le loueur faciles.
L’avantage de l’emplacement constitue aussi un inconvénient : parvis avec de nombreux cafés, animé tard la nuit : usage de boules Quiès, bouchons d’oreilles, systématique et garder les fenêtres fermées empêchant le rafraîchissement de l’appartement.
Équipements de la cuisine un peu juste quand on séjourne plus de 3 ou 4 jours et qu’on veut cuisiner.
Pas de mode d’emploi des appareils (peur de faire des bêtises et abîmer). Pas compris comment l’écran fonctionnait, si c’était une TV : pas utilisé.
Il faudrait préciser que c’est au 3ème étage dans un immeuble où les hauteurs sous plafond ne sont pas à 2,50 m : ça monte « raide ».

El alojamiento es cómodo bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para la estadía de 4 personas. El host contestó rápido las preguntas que hicimos.
Deberían hacer un comentario sobre las escaleras que hay que subir para llegar al departamento , para los que llevan maletas. Lo otro que pienso es lo que tiene que mejorar es la ventilación del departamento en general, ya que al estar sobre un restaurante es mucho el olor a comida , en especial en la noche donde con ventanas cerradas es muy desagradable

Die Wohnungen 2 & 4 sind gut geeignet für ein langes Wochenende in größerer Runde - es gibt eine Grundausstattung an Einrichtungen (Geschirr, Besteck etc.), die für kleine Gerichte und das Frühstück ausreichend sind. Die Bäder in beiden Wohnungen sind TOP (riesengroß, gute Duschen, Fenster zum Lüften, schöne Fliesen). Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Gare Midi) und es gibt ausreichend Geschäfte zum Einkaufen in Fußnähe sowie der Markt direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, ist die Lautstärke entsprechend hoch - es scheint keine Sperrstunde (und wenig Rücksicht der Kneipengänger) zu geben - wer geräuschempfindlich ist sollte sich überlegen, hier zu wohnen.
Die Wohnung 2 ist mit Balkon ausgeschrieben: es handelt sich hierbei aber nur um bodentiefe Fenster mit einem Geländer davor, also kein Balkon im klassischen Sinn.
Die Wohnung 4 ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern ausgeschrieben: das zweite Zimmer befindet sich auf einer Art offenem Dachboden (über sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen) und hat keine Türe, man hört und sieht die Menschen im Wohnzimmer.

Lai gan Sems pēc sūdzības sagādāja vismaz trūkstošās krūzītes. Dzīvoklis prasās pēc atjaunošanas - ja guļamistabā neieslēdz lielo gaismu, tad nedarbojas arī naktslampiņas un kontakti sienās - līdz ar to - no rīta telefons nebija uzlādējies. Nebija siltais ūdens dušā! Arī spiediens mazs. Ļoti slikta skaņas izolācija ārdurvīm. Bija tikai viens lielais vannas dvielis uz personu, nebija roku/sejas dvieļi. Labprāt vēlētos katram cilvēkam atsevišķu segu nevis lielo uz diviem...

Pe ansamblu, a fost un sejur reusit, nepotica dorind sa revenim.
Apartamentul este localizat intr-o zona apropiata de centrul orasului. Cele doua camere de dormit permit cazarea unei familii mai mari sau a doua familii (bunici, copii, nepoti, spre exemplu, cum a fost cazul nostru). Curatenia este corespunzatoare. Dotarile (incluzand si bucataria) sunt utile pentru cazare pe o perioada mai lunga, permitand pregatirea unui mic dejun sau a unei cine. Sam este foarte amabil si a raspuns, mereu si in timp util, la intrebarile adresate.
Zgomotul strazii si animatia (ca urmare a numeroaselor baruri si restaurante din zona), pana dupa miezul noptii, pot deveni deranjante, atunci cand este foarte cald si esti nevoit sa dormi cu fereastra deschisa.
