Our family loved our stay/warm for mid Jan/bus at front door and host was excellent.

We’re a family of 4 including 2 adult sized teens. We loved the location/bus at front door and the apartment was clean and warm/we stayed mid January.

Needs a microwave as that saves time (when you’ve been out all day skiing) and power.

Excellent home - comfortable, clean and fully equipped

Easy to collect the keys, beautiful little home in Innsbruck, I loved. The place has everything you might need: coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer. The shower is fabulous, the beds are very comfy, and there's a table outside under a grape vineyard, which we had breakfast and dinner. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you very much!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time in Innsbruck and the property was just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. A couple of things that would improve the experience: bedside lamps in the bedrooms, oiling the hinges so the doors don't squeak and more than one laundry pod. Also a toilet roll holder on the wall or not on the floor would be nice. But otherwise it was a lovely apartment with beautiful views.

sicuramente da consigliare per passare qualche giornata in città

Bell'appartamento in una posizione molto interessante della città vecchia, si arriva in centro a piedi con una bella passeggiata di poco più di 10 minuti. Tutto piuttosto nuovo, bel bagno illuminato, doccia funzionale, cucina open space, bel divano comodo e tante piccolezze che fanno sentire l'ospite a suo agio. Interagito poco con i proprietari, ma per quel poco gentili e cortesi.

Jó volt a Wifi, és a fürdő fel volt újítva.

A szállás környzete slampos. Gyakorlatilag olyan mintha nem lenne ablaka, mert sehová nem lehetett rajta kinézni és kinyitni sem volt érdemes a cigi füst és a zajok miatt. A levegő büdös, áporodott. Klima nincs.

Au calme et à proximité du centre pour profiter du centre d' Innsbruck

La localisation avec le stationnement privé à 10 min à pied du centre historique, la propreté et le mobilier neuf, le calme.

Seulement 2 tabourets à l' intérieur. TV un peu compliquée pour nous donc inutilisée.

Heel erg fijn appartement van alle gemakken voorzien

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een parkeerplaats, maar ook een bushalte voor de deur. Alles was heel goed geregeld. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep snel en gastvrij. Fantastische espresso apparaat met zelfs bonen erbij. Bedden en zachte handdoeken top! Heerlijke douche. Keuken met echt van alles erin! Genoeg kastruimte ook in de masterbedroom.

Het appartement ligt aan een soort betegeld tuintje/ pleintje. Heel fijn in de zon. Mooie plantjes en druivenrank. Maar de bewoners of andere huurders zitten daar soms om elkaar te ontmoeten en drinken een biertje en roken sigaretten. Op zich prima, heel gezellig. Maar het is recht voor de deur en ramen.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, schnelle und höfliche Kommunikation. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung, neu renoviert und hat alles was man als Familie braucht.

Etwas schwer zu finden, in einem Hinterhof versteckt aber die Gastgeber haben uns sofort mit Video und Fotos den Eingang erklärt. Vielleicht macht es Sinn diese Erklärung im Profil aufzunehmen als Tipp.

Piccolo appartamento vicino al centro di Innsbruck. Pulito, caldo, confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in cinque per una notte.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa casetta, ed è stato veramente piacevole. Arredamento moderno e il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Vista sotto casa veramente bellissima e a pochi minuti dal centro. Per chi arriva in macchina, c’è il parcheggio incluso sotto casa (attenzione perché è molto ripido), e non è ztl quindi si può andare tranquillamente nonostante sia molto vicino al centro. L’ unica nota negativa è che dalla sala la mattina entra la luce, dato che non c’è nessun modo per oscurare la finestra (e se qualcuno dorme nel divano-letto, potrebbe dare fastidio). Per il resto veramente perfetto, ci tornerei.

Chi dorme nel divano letto è esposto alla luce -anche durante la notte, non c’erano le lenzuola per il divano letto ma solo per un singolo che è stato adattato.
