●Selfservice checkin marred by faulty payment machine and failure to send passcode to my email. Resolved by phoning helpdesk. ●Groundfloor room surrounded on two sides by building work and workmen. Started at 8am with heavy machinery. Had to close blinds and drape towel over bathroom window for privacy. Not advised of this before booking. ●Heavy dust and sweets under bed from previous visits. ●Noisy aircon. ●Damp (rotten?) wooden floor near bathroom due to flooding. Less stylised furniture and gadgets more attention to detail please. Avoid.

For starters, it is exceedingly generous calling this room an apartment. It is a hotel room with a kitchenette. Barely a kitchenette. We had one coffee cup. The only spoons in the drawer were tiny, like what youd use to stir tea in a tiny tea cup. However, the bedding was amazing. So comfortable. I would recommend this place except for the most inexplicably bizarre feature that I just dont understand: there is no hotel staff on the property. When you arrive, there is a kiosk which is set up for you to check yourself in. With a few keystrokes it is supposed to spit out a room key and send you on your way. That didnt work for us. First, even though Id paid in advance, the machine said I owed over 200 Euro. I had to make an expensive international call to talk to someone who worked at the hotel but was off-site. She solved the problem easily enough but then the machine had a malfunction with my key card. She said a technician would be along at some point. So we sat there and waited. Eventually he arrived and got me a key. Later, when we realized our room was short a couple items we decided to do without because it wasnt worth the hassle calling somebody somewhere to ask about it. The fully automated hotel was a cute experiment but an utter failure. I dont recommend trying it.

The apartment should be amazing but sadly despite the slick look it’s not upto standard. They could not find our reservation (check in was saved by Hotels.com... thankyou!) the location is not great, but the public transport is good so while there is nothing around it you can get into the centre pretty easily. The room was missing some items in the kitchen such as cups and plates; e-mailed the hotel at the start of the stay but they never responded (and still have not several days on) you can’t get hold of any staff, it’s self service but on the first night of the stay there was booming music from another apartment till 2am and there is no one to do anything about it. Acoustics are bad so not good if your a light sleeper. Feel it could be a lot better than it was... maybe teething problems.

Room was clean and functional. Bed was OK, linens were nice, all in all it was OK. Only 2 coffee pods left behind, an no idea where to find others. unit was on the end, and as such has a floor-ceiling window in the bath, with no blind or shade. Hope the neighbors didn't get an eyeful.

Located opposite Ramada, near olympia world . 23 min walking from station .Everything digital - even check in . You dont see any staff .Like a studio flat - all tucked in - offcourse slightly less spacious .Wifi good .Kitchen well equipped .No cleaning in 4 nights stay - we kept our binliners outside - which were collected .Requested for a room in 1st / 2nd floos for good view - got ground floor .

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was chosen for mountain view.We arrived at 23:00 and faced with a problem. We were unable to get it because there was no reception desk. There was only computer requesting a code. As we understood the code was supposed to have been sent by SMS. But we didnt get any. And we had no email warnings or special notes in our booking email. We just arrived to the country and had no local SIM card to call to the tech support. We checked all possible numbers we could recall: itenarary#, phone, dates...with no result. The computer was useless as it couldnt send us an SMS with a code.Luckily a woman living near by was walking with her dogs and was very kind and helpful when allowed us to make a call with her phone. 10 minutes of talk with support, entering all possible data about us and we finally entered the room. After more than an hour staying in front of the door. We were angry and nervous.Id say mountain view is a joke. I could actually see mountains - right between 2 buildings across the road (see the photo attached).The room was well equipped, clean and looked good.However there was no soap, no shampoo or bath gel. The kitchen was ok, but if you want to cook something more than tea you should bring your own oil, salt, sugar, etc.The other problem was room service. Im ok with separate charges for each complete room cleaning. Thats fair enough. But I dont think I should pay 25 euros for emptying waste baskets. I just cant understand that.

Apartment was new as expected. However, it was stuffy as Im not even sure theres any air condition in the room. Ground floor have shared balcony so definitely not advisable to open it during the night unless you risk your own safety i guess? Thank god weather is cooling. pros: Apartment is nicely design into a simplicity and space conscious concept. Apartment is near town, 2-3mins drive to the train station or 5mins walk to the bus stop. nearby supermarket of 5-8mins walk.Cafe design is just in front of the apartment.Cons: Theres no daily room cleaning service, my room only got clean on the day Im checking out and only two towels for my whole night until i requested in person.Theres no way you can contact the hotel staff unless you had a local telephone line or risk data roaming charges as theres no phone in room to called anyone. First night was bad as it definitely not on par wth any other apartment hotel i stay with. probably nt going stay again.Definitely will get better with improvement hopefully, especially next time therell be a easier way to contact the reception or any hotel staff with a certain phone or communication method.
