The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone. There is a screen to checkin. The issue for us was you needed your booking reference number which eventually found had been sent months earlier and was in junk mail. We were not alone with groups of people struggling with checkin whilst we stood in a queue. It would have been better if an email had been sent 24 hours prior to arrival with the booking number and what the process would be.

The room was extremely clean, and well appointed with bags filled with shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, fresh dish sponges, and even shower caps. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with pots pans and cutlery as needed. The check in process is where this property lost points due to faffing with codes that hadn’t been sent and needing to make phone calls to get what should have been sent. Otherwise, a seamless stay. Also one less star for the fact the room does not have a safe, and there is no safety chain or even a lock on the door - you just close it and of course it locks. But no “clunk — I’ve closed up for the night feeling” was just one detail that would have been nice. You can’t beat the location of this property, its steps from the central market place Christmas market, and a 5 min walk from the mountain rail line that takes you up to the zoo, the Zaha Hadid station, and onwards up to the Top of Innsbruck. Super recommend, and I would stay here again when coming back to the city.

Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave.

The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much

GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming to clean it. Overall I would stay here again!

The site is what I like the most.. near to everything. The appartament was not bad even the room was small for us it doesn’t matter aside that there is no bidet or maybe A kind of shower connected for intimate wash. Aircon is not really necessary for its a bit fresh ambiance. The smell upon entering to check in was horrible I don’t know if it’s good odor for others not being racist but for us it’s not a good odor. No materials for mopping the floor since it’s unevitable not to wet when washing. At first it kept us afraid without reception but It’s a good experience, we will love to come back. Thank you so much

Very nice apartment. Newly remodeled in black. Automated human free check in was good.Good location literally 200-300 yards from the golden roof. Only negative is no A/C and in october we had to open windows and the street (alley) was very loud when people came out of the restaurant below. Other than that the place was great

Automated check-in, no contact person on site was as expected, but seemed a bit weird. Hallways were very dark and creepy. I was glad that I wasn't travelling alone, I would have been a bit scared through combination of no receptionist and creepy ambiance. However everything worked smoothly and we had a good stay.

Very nice and comfortable room. Excellent customer service, abet by email and phone as there is no reception staff. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and they were very helpful changing my dates and saving my holiday!Would defiantly stay again and recommended to friends and relatives.

Location is perfect. Room is modern & new. Car parking big problem. You need to find garage in downtown. Check-in very easy through machine at any time. No AC/Ventilator in hot boiling summer. A lot of noise from sorrounding bars & shops if you open window. If owner add AC in room. It will be perfect place for short stay in central innsbruck

The best thing to say about it that it is across the street from old town and that the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, the entrance and hallways are black and very dark making you feel like you entered a dungeon.You check- in through a computer which is cumbersome and very anonymous. There was no A/C and you couldn’t leave the window open because of the street noise all night. There was plaster falling off the bathroom ceiling onto the shower and the sofa bed was hard as a brick. We had no ironing available. If you need anything, there is no one around to ask.

The location was terrific & the apartments were nice & modern. There could me a few more kitchen supplies. The check in was difficult & took several calls to the central booking for help. But they were prompt & we worked it out. The noise coming from the bar below & the parties on Friday & Saturday nights was troubling as we were traveling with 5 children. Would be OK for adults only.
