Decent stay that could have been better if we did not visit in the summer.

The apartment was clean, and though not in the center of town, there were daily conveniences within walking distance such as, cafes, grocery stores, an outdoor pool, and a tram stop. Uber is widely available, and that is how we got to our main destinations. The rental agency office staff members are on the ground floor. I found them to be very polite, and answered my questions professionally.

The apartment needs additional A/C units. Only having one unit in the entire apartment, and in one bedroom did not make for a comfortable stay during the summer for those not sleeping in that room.

Beautiful apartment with nice location. Toilet and wifi need upgrade definitely.

Apartment location is convenient, near a bus station. The terrace on the upper floor is really good place to relax. Paid street parking available outside.

The toilet seat was broken and it was highly inconvenient to use it. Wifi is really slow as its not a router but just an extender which gives you less than basic speed to even browse.

Very happy with our stay!

We had very comfort stay at this property. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and maintained, clean and welcoming. Location is convenient and walking distance to the center. We traveled by car and it was great to have avalable parking near the entrance to the building .. the parking is free from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. Most of the time we didn't have to pay for it. The beds were very comfy. Happy with our stay and recommend it to others!

Very sad and unhappy as property and view was good, cockroaches &lack of cleanliness was big issue

The hous was not cleaned, we could see dust everywhere, the comforts felt not even washed, preused by someone and not washed The biggest issue was the kitchen and bathroom was full of cockroaches, we had to throw all our food kept out and toothbrushes as well, as in the night the cockroaches were everywhere, it felt like no one had cleaned the kitchen sink side for months hence the cockroaches, we were disgusted, my wife couldn't sleep or eat in the cutlery feeling the cockroaches everywhere. They desperately need pest control.

The view of snowy mountains from the room was gorgeous! The location was perfect. The shower was like standing in a waterfall; it was so relaxing and felt like a massage!

The property was spacious and had good links to transport. You could be in the centre in less than 10 minutes. Shops near by for groceries.

The pictures shown are for the wrong flat. I had booked specifically looking at the pictures which show a big balcony. But to my surprise there was no balcony in the flat i booked. And no reply or resolution was provided by the host. They ignored the complete thing. Pretty bad mattress too. No basic amenities were provided.

Passable

Location was good. Easy to get into the centre - could walk too. Apartment size was good. People in the office on the ground floor were very helpful. Beds were comfy and the place has a bath which was great for children.

Looking at the reviews from over a year ago much the same. The place needs a super deep clean and the apartment is run down. Walking on the floor your feet get dirty. All surfaces need cleaning and there is mould in the bathroom. The keypad to get into the apartment is super sensitive once taking 11 goes to get in, it even took the lady in the office 4 goes to open the door. The kitchen had no toaster, sandwich press was broken and had a hook screw jammed in the hinge so it'd work. Kitchen walls are dirty and need wiping down. The air-conditioner in the bedroom leaks water and has done so for a long time as per the stains on the wall and rotting skirting boards. Clothes airer is broken. The lounges on the terrace had random cushioning that didn't match the chairs, there are weeds. No tv. The place could be great but everything needs a revamp. Seeing similar things were commented on over a year ago it seems there is little interest in improving the apartment.

A bad customer service experience

Why the poor rating? We were there on a weekend and the only guests in the building. On our last night, someone put a lock on the fence gate entrance. I assume someone thought no one was there but there's a code on the gate, so I don't understand the need for the lock. We contacted the owners and while speaking to one of them, I even sent them a photo of the lock on the gate but they still didn't seem to understand that we could not open the gate and leave because the entire property is circled by the fence. I found a ladder and we climbed over. My 19 year old son climbed over the fence and injured his knee. If we were not agile, we would have had to resort to calling authorities to get us out of there. A very bad customer service experience that should never happen. I will be honest and say most everything else about the apartment was fine but I'm writing this so that hopefully the owners will get the message never to allow this to happen to anyone else.

Very good

The apartment is of a great size. 2.large double bedrooms and good sitting area. Roof terrace is very large and gets the sun most of the day. Great to chill after a day of walking. Billa supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Train station 20 minutes walk. Bus stop outside to Nordkette and Igls. Old town about 30 mins walk. Ski jump walkable too.

The toilet seat is broken and needs replacing. The inside of the apartnent is really.clean but the outdoor space floor needs a clean.

Amazing apartment, great value for money.

Fabulous apartment, with amazing views of the Alps. Very spacious, clean and exceptional value for money. Near shops, public transport and tourist destinations. Innsbruck has everything you need for a brilliant holiday. The apartment is over the road from an excellent outdoor swimming and sports facilities with 5 pools, slides and diving board, our family loved it. Excellent communication before and throughout holiday from booking company and owner.

Air conditioning wasn't working, but was being sorted the day we left.

Great place from which to explore Innsbruck- we’d recommend buying the Innsbruck tourist pass for access to many museums

It was a spacious apartment which was a short bus ride (20 minute walk) from the centre. There was a large balcony which was partially covered so we were able to sit outside. It was easy to access the property.

We would have liked more lamps in the bedroom for reading in bed. We arrived later than expected as our train was delayed. There were no supermarkets open in Innsbruck at the time we arrived (9pm) and no restaurants very near the apartment.

Well located - near public transport and supermarkets & spacious for a family of 5. The view of the surrounding are - stunning!!! The key-less access was so great - loved it!!! A washing machine was available to do our laundry ❤️

The large saucepan we wanted to use was not compatible with the induction cooktop. The duvet covers where 100% polyester - in the humidity it felt like I was sleeping under a plastic bag. The clothes horse for drying laundry was a bit broken.

Me encantó el espacio, de buen gusto, bien amueblado, todos los utensilios y electrónicos para poder cocinar, camas cómodas para descansar. La terraza y la habitación principal con vista increíble a las montañas. Frechheit!

Gar nichts es war einfach nur unzumutbar

Wir haben eine 3 Zimmer Dachterrassen Wohnung gebucht und eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung ohne Balkon oder Terrasse bekommen. Die Betten stinken furchtbar. Die Wohnung war dreckig, Haare im Kühlschrank Toilette nicht sauber. Schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Fehlanzeige. Ehrlicherweise erwarte fordere ich eine Erstattung, denn das Schlafzimmer war aufgrund des Gestanks kaum Nutzbar und die Wohnung war nicht wie gebaut.

Goed gelegen appartement met mooi uitzicht

Goede positie, mooi uitzicht, parkeerplek voor het huis ( kosten overdag maandag tot vrijdag- kleingeld nodig!), dicht bij bushalte, sleutelcode is handig. WiFi( goed) viel uit, probleem werd snel opgelost. Goede bereikbaarheid verhuurders.

Plek heeft attentie/ onderhoud nodig. Niet zeer comfortabel. Bed in woonkamer alleen geschikt voor kinderen- Zeker niet voor 2 volwassenen! Appartement daarom alleen geschikt voor Max.5 volwassenen ( niet voor 6!). Balkon onverzorgd ( onkruid).
