The unit is not as bright and sunny as on the pictures. There was no wi-fi router and the owner only brought one after a phone-call request. Dispite being clean, the bathroom and towels have a very bad smell - not pleasant. The beds are squeeky and creaks at every move. We were rather dissapointed with our stay as we expected more "modern" and "sunny" based on the pictures and only found "worn". PS..there is no TV, so very little to keep a family busy at night.

Easy check-in using a door password. Spacious apartment, quiet and central area.

The heating was off when we arrived, it took some time until the place gets warm. Also, you cannot expect from visitors to know how to turn on the heating devices without any instructions. The entrance door doesn't seem very safe. Wifi didn't work the first day. The host didn't respond to any of my texts asking for support.

the location is great it’s close to the center and all shops , the living room is also spacious

There is no cupboard in any of the bed room. There werr mosquitoes, the bed and the mattress were horrible. As soon as you enter it looks like you have entered 1980s... too expensive just for the Location

Great Location close to city and Nordkette Bahn. Big living room and good kitchen with all required utensils to cook break fast and dinner.

Rooms were bit small, most of the doors lock handles are shaky or broken, which needs repair. Place looks better in pictures, in reality its not well maintained. Probably not intended for families to stay.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici.

Struttura che necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, e non adatta a gruppi oltre le 5 persone (sul sito si possono prenotare fino a 9 persone). Per una notte o due ci si adatta, per più di due giorni la sconsiglio. La pulizia non era eccellente.

Limpeza, principalmente nas roupas de cama, faltou água quente no banho, caiu a chave de luz, tivemos que sair do prédio para rearmar o dijuntor, colchão só na espuma, dizia q comportava 8 pessoas mas infelizmente as acomodações e sofá cama são muito ruins

Non abbiamo parole per descrivere tutto,ci proviamo, intanto come già detto da qualcun altro STATE ALLA LARGA non fatevi ingannare dalla posizione che effettivamente è ottima, solo quella però, noi oltre ad essere stati attratti dalla posizione ci ha convinto l'accesso gratuiti al cagnolino dei nostri amici...(ma ci potevamo stare anche i porci)... all'arrivo non c'era corrente da nessuna parte il proprietario ha risposto una sola volta alle numerose nostre chiamate... siamo stati costretti ad andare a disturbare un vicino(che fatalità abita lì proprio nello stesso cortile/parcheggio) che gentilmente lo ha contattato dicendogli di interpellarci perché avevano dei problemi dopo una bella ora si è degnato di chiamarci e per fortuna uno di noi che un po' se ne intende di elettricità è riuscito per telefono a far arrivare la luce nell'appartamento...ERA MEGLIO SE NON VEDEVAMO almeno ce ne tornavano senza questa terribile disprezzevole esperienza...ragnatele muffe vasca da bagno che non ci avremo lavato neanche il cane... divani e cuscini sporchi... lenzuola non ne parliamo(abbiamo dormito tutti vestiti e il mattino dopo ci siamo cambiato tutto) siamo andati al supermercato abbiamo preso saponi e rotoloni di carta per ascoltarci ...ah avevano prenotato per 8 persone adulte e c'erano preparati 5 posti letto abbiamo cercato per recuperare gli altri 3 posti cercando in giro per casa...nooooo ancora una volta non l'avessimo mai fatto... abbiamo trovato lenzuola sporche e un piumino addirittura sporco di sangue(ci mancavano i preservativi usati se la vogliamo mettere così)... in cucina pacchi di roba avanzata... tutto questo avendo ricevuto una sola telefonata dal proprietario

Non mi è piaciuto proprio niente Non ci andate per risparmiare qualche euro e magari tornare a casa con la scabbia ...per fortuna la nostra era una sola notte...e quindi magari potete pensare beh per una notte... Non non pensate così è stato orribile...e lui i soldi pochi o tanti se li è presi noi abbiamo pagato circa 357euro per 8 persone ma se poi il necessario effettivo è stato per 5 persone fate un po'voi i conti e vedete se ci abbiamo guadagnato noi o questo proprietario menefreghista incurante

Nachträglich Forderungen vom Vermieter obwohl beim Betreten der Wohnung schon ein Scharnier defekt war. Schimmel in der Wohnung und sonstige reparaturbedürftige Stellen. Schließblech heruntergefallen und man sieht, dass es vorher bereits geklebt wurde.

STATE ALLA LARGA !!!! struttura sporca , biancheria sporca , prenda di peli , arredamenti logori e sporchi , manca a tratti acqua calda , praticamente non c’è il riscaldamento , in sostituzione c’erano 2 piccoli termoventilatori di cui uno era rotto , parete con muffa in una camera

Stedet var stort, hadde inkludert parkering og veldig bra beliggenhet. Ungene elsket disney+ på fjernsynet.

Rommet gir innttrykk av å være overfladig oppusette og passer bedre til en ungdomsgruppe enn en familie. Luften føltes fuktig og når man satt i sofaen kunne man høre insektene som gravde i treverket på veggen.

8 personer i køjer, sofa, dårlige senge. Badeværelse, dør kunne dårligt lukkes - ingen udluftning
