Sleeping is all you will want to do in this unit.

Location

It was dirty, living furniture is worn out. Heat came on and owner was unresponsive to request on how to turn it off. Other tenant’s parked vehicle right in front of entrance. Bath door does not shut, bedroom door (trim) was busted, someone must have locked it and then broke the door jamb to get back into room. No shower curtain for tub, we were not about to take baths. It appears to be some industrial space turned into an apartment.

Do not be fooled by the photos.

Centrally located. Clean 1 parking space

The unit is not as bright and sunny as on the pictures. There was no wi-fi router and the owner only brought one after a phone-call request. Dispite being clean, the bathroom and towels have a very bad smell - not pleasant. The beds are squeeky and creaks at every move. We were rather dissapointed with our stay as we expected more "modern" and "sunny" based on the pictures and only found "worn". PS..there is no TV, so very little to keep a family busy at night.

Easy check-in using a door password. Spacious apartment, quiet and central area.

The heating was off when we arrived, it took some time until the place gets warm. Also, you cannot expect from visitors to know how to turn on the heating devices without any instructions. The entrance door doesn't seem very safe. Wifi didn't work the first day. The host didn't respond to any of my texts asking for support.

Location

There is no cupboard in any of the bed room. There werr mosquitoes, the bed and the mattress were horrible. As soon as you enter it looks like you have entered 1980s... too expensive just for the Location

Good spacious apartment for big group close to Altstadt and attractions

Great Location close to city and Nordkette Bahn. Big living room and good kitchen with all required utensils to cook break fast and dinner.

Rooms were bit small, most of the doors lock handles are shaky or broken, which needs repair. Place looks better in pictures, in reality its not well maintained. Probably not intended for families to stay.

Lage ist gut

Nachträglich Forderungen vom Vermieter obwohl beim Betreten der Wohnung schon ein Scharnier defekt war. Schimmel in der Wohnung und sonstige reparaturbedürftige Stellen. Schließblech heruntergefallen und man sieht, dass es vorher bereits geklebt wurde.

Stedet var stort, hadde inkludert parkering og veldig bra beliggenhet. Ungene elsket disney+ på fjernsynet.

Rommet gir innttrykk av å være overfladig oppusette og passer bedre til en ungdomsgruppe enn en familie. Luften føltes fuktig og når man satt i sofaen kunne man høre insektene som gravde i treverket på veggen.

Lokatie. We waren op doorreis en hebben er één nacht geslapen. Rustige veilige omgeving.

Hygiene, stoffig. Schimmels geconstateerd. Slaapplaatsen waren klam, muffig. Achterstallig onderhoud, deuren badkamer, wc door vocht aangevreten. Foto’s op booking.com kwamen niet overeen.

Behöver Du ett boende med många sängplatser och ett bra läge är detta för dig. Dock ofräscht och dåligt städat.

Läget var bra med närheten till centrum och stationen. Lugn innergård. Enkelt att ta sig in med kodlås på dörren. Bra och tydlig info från värden.

Smutsigt på delar av golv och kylen var hemskt äcklig. Diskmaskinen innehöll smutsig disk. Dåligt WiFi. Ofräscha badrum. Saknade belysning utöver de i taket.

Posizione ottimale per la visita della città. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. La zona giorno molto ampia (eravamo in 5).

Mobilio e struttura datati, avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. Assenza totali di armadi, c’era solo una cassettiera. Lavastoviglia non perfettamente funzionante. Frigo piccolissimo. Quando siamo arrivati mancavano gli asciugamani. Nonostante le ripetute telefonate e messaggio, ci sono stati portati 2gg dopo il nostro arrivo soltanto dopo aver aperto un reclamo con Booking.
