Nice apartment

Easy to check-in and the apartment was very clean. We stayed in the penthouse apartment and it was a nice size for 2 people.

Parking was challenging. Best to pay and request a private parking spot rather than trying to find street parking. The private spot was down the street and down a small hill.

Wonderful stay at Noas Home

We had a very pleasant stay at Noas Home. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day out. Please note that the road leading to the property is hilly and quite small, but the house is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get around. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Checkin was smooth and hassle free. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Noas Home to others.

Cost - efficient stay in Innsbruck for a couple of day!

Very nice and comfortable flat, 15 min walking distance from the very city center, clean and silent. The host gave us precise indication about where to park and how to find the keys.

Clean. Rather close to the city centre. Convenient to catch local public transport. There is a small supermarket and some eateries down the road..

The description states that there is 1 bedroom, 1 sofa in the living room, giving an impression that there is a separate bedroom. In reality, the unit is just one space with 2x double sleep units - one mattress on the end of the unit, and a sofa bed at the other end of the unit. The unit is also on the 2nd floor, requiring a walk up the stairs - not roo bad, but might be a problem if guests have big baggages. Electrical lighting was dim.

Comfy penthouse, we really had an excellent stay.

Spacious room, beautifully design artistically. Nice mountain view. Equipped kitchen utensils, even scissors, aluminum foil & baking paper. They provide coffee pod, tea, choco powder. It's a split level building, the stair isn't too steep. One washing machine & one dryer plus detergent for free. Groceries store around it are closed every Sunday, but you can get eggs, milk, cheese, bread, butter at Milkomat a small kiosk vending machine 5 minutes walk open 24 hours cash only.

The sofa bed isn't long enough for 175 cm height person. My son had to sleep diagonally. The bed sheet is a little rough.

Excellent flat, ideal for a party of four-five people

The flat was excellent. It was large- and spatious-enough for the five of us. It had all the necessary amenities, and was located at a nice place. On the whole, quite excellent.

There weren't enough hangers to put our wet towels in the bathroom. One room also had no space to hang our clothes. The host could also have offered more coffee pods and tea options, but we are nitpicking.

A well-maintained, cozy apartment in an ideal location, perfect for groups and families!

The property was well maintained, furnished and equipped with all the amenities you could want. The apartment had a lovely balcony and it had a warm, cozy home-like feeling to it. Its spacious and open layout was perfect for comfortably hosting our group of 5. The hosts were warm, accommodating, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome! All in all, the apartment and the hosts made the holiday much more enjoyable!

The 2 beds in the lofted bed area while fun, is a bit cramped and tight up there, It also got hot when the weather started to warm up. So may not be for all.

Very easy to log in, contactless. friendly people answering to emails. Property was clean and up-to-date, and offered us coffee and tea ❤️ Nice information leaflets.

Information provided about the visitor taxes was a little conflicting from emails and on-site, so it took some time to figure them out. Toilet could have had a hook for towel. Otherwise everything was just great!

Lovely apartment in Innsbruck

Lovely apartment - spotlessly clean & great decor- with everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen equipment, comfortable bed & chairs / sofa, great shower & our apartment had a small balcony too for sitting out on. The apartment is up the hill in a quiet area on the opposite side of the river to the town square, but a short walk to get back down & there are buses too. There is a supermarket & a couple of bakeries very close to the apartment.

Modern apartment with very nice host.

Check-in was very easy. Description matches the property. It is a modern apartment with almost all the required facilities. There is a small supermarket named Mprise within a few minutes ' walk. Specially the host is very active and supportive.

It is on the top floor, and so the apartment was very warm when we arrived. However, an AC is there, but that is still not enough where the bed is. Also, if it rains, then it's a bit noisy.

The location to a bus stop was convenient. The bathroom was luxurious. Communication was great. Rooms were clean and beautiful and spacious. TVs in every room. Laundry soap was included. Everything was comfortable and nice. We loved it! Neighbors were quiet.

A great family home base a short walk from the center of Innsbruck.

The apartment was the perfect size for two families. A room for each of the parents and a bunk room for all the kids. The large dining table and well-appointed kitchen were a huge plus so both families could sit and eat or play games together and the living room was comfy as well. The free laundry on site in the basement was

Big and clean apartment great for family vacation

Spotless clean apartment, new furniture with great taste. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was very big and spacious. For a family of six it was very comfortable, we felt right at home.

There was no parking, not in the property and also very hard to find parking on the street. We had a big car which made it even more difficult since the streets are very narrow.

Be aware! False advertising. No air conditioning.

The location is great. Only a 10 to 12 minute walk to downtown.

These were the worst 2 nights of our 3 week Europe trip in 6 different hotels. It was advertised to have air conditioning, which was one of the main reasons why we booked it, but we had to find out that this was not the case. They tried to fix this for the second night, by providing a fan, but sleeping was impossible for 2 nights because of the heat inside the apartment (26 C - 79 F). We had to drive almost 400 km after our stay and without a good night sleep that turned out to be a nightmare and dangerous. Not happy at all. And even though they mention that this is booking.com's fault, I see it as an advertising scam, as this place is not worth the money we paid without air conditioning.
