Amazing welcoming stay in a lovely warm Innsbruck apartment.

The property was always warm, well insulated and had lovely warm radiators. We were on the bottom floor, and it was convenient for us as we had a small child and a pram. There were very few limitations in the property, and we had free reign to use it like a normal resident.

There were not many shared consumables/items that we could have found useful - this is a minor point though! I.e. no welcome basket with local produce, and no spares for travellers (in our case we needed a charging cable - but not big deal as I say, minor point).

Comfortable apartment - amazing views

Comfortable, warm apartment with amazing views (top 5). Quiet and great location - 15 minutes walk to old town / less than 10 minutes to food shop. Views over the botanical garden, right next door, and mountains all around. Ubers easy to get and about €10 to old town. Busses too We appreciated the basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, hand soap. Comfortable beds, enough towels. Easy self check in. Beautiful building, with Christmas lights! The Christmas market was lovely and it is a magically beautiful place.

Be aware - lots of stairs and no lift. Not a problem for us

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views in a beautiful country.

Having 2 bedrooms really made this room comfortable for our family. The views of the mountains are incredible from every angle, and there is a bus stop right at the end of the lane way. There are some restaurants on this side of the river, but public transport is so easy, it’s not a hassle to venture further into the city for dinner or sightseeing. The washing machine and clothes airer were very handy as we were on a 6 week family holiday so had packed light. The kitchen has everything you need.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, but it’s useful for others to know that there is no lift, so you will need to carry bags up a few flights of stairs to get to this apartment (Top 5 Pink Fridge).

The location was good as it was within walking distance to the city centre

There was no washing machine, we couldn’t wash our clothes. No change of towels for the duration of our stay. The apartment wasn’t clean with cobwebs clearly visible. My son got bitten by bed bugs.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to public transit and walking distance to grocery stores. The views from the area are fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5 with teen & adult children. Easy process from start to finish and we would highly recommend InnsbruckHomes for your next stay!

As an vacation rental, we would suggest to have the kitchen better stocked with everyday amenities (dish soap, sponges and/or wash cloths, upgraded kitchen utensils) to fully utilize the kitchen for preparing meals. We would also request to have all hand soap dispensers refilled before guest arrival.

Quiet, fairly basic flat, some walk from old town.

Spacious flat, comfy bed. Very quiet. It was pretty hot when we were there, but was possible to cool the flat down ok. Well equipped kitchen. Handy to have a washing machine. The botanic garden next door was lovely.

The decor was a bit tired, it was fairly clean, but there were quite a few cobwebs and the blinds were partially dusty. It is a good 20min walk (uphill on the way back) from the old town. There wasn’t much provided (there was only 2.5 toilet rolls, a few sheets of kitchen roll and some very diluted soap in the bathroom for instance, and no soap powder).

A gorgeous city break in a very peaceful setting.

The views over the Botantic Gardens were attractive and behind were the mountains. It was quite remarkable. It was really an ideal location with easy access to the old town and the station. We hope to return.

A few extra bits and bobs eg kitchen scissors; more drying up towels and a few more cleaning products for washing machine and dish washer.

Good apartment in great location

We found the location to be great . A little away from the centre of the city, close to the Botanical Gardens (free entry), but right next to a bus stop so it was really easy to go anywhere across the city as the public transport system is so efficient and the Innsbruck visitor card makes it free. Quite a spacious apartment, with all the essentials covered.

Furnishings were a bit basic and decoration austere. Front door to apartment block didn’t lock, although apartment door itself was fine.

The property was very clean and well equipped .Location was in a quiet area with excellent links to public transport.Hosts were first class with information and the Welcome card was extremely useful.

The experience with the agency and the lack of heating spoilt the stay. Will definitely not return.

It was in a good location at a hilltop so the view of the mountains was quite nice. The setting sunlight enters the room very nicely and clothes dry fast.

The central heating is controlled by the owner wirelessly. So you won’t be able to switch it on yourself. So the listing is misleading. The contact from the agency managing the property was also useless. Called him multiple times and sent email. When he did pick up, he said he’ll check with the owner. Never got back to us and neither was the heater switched on for the 3N we were there for. So if you have kids that are not used to cold nights, skip this property. The floorboards creak really loud. This is throughout the apartment rooms. I had to go out for a few times at night and the creaking woke up the kids. The kettle is filthy and we decided to boil water in the saucepan.

Location with the bus was good. Views lovely.

Stairs with luggage. Shower very tiny. Bathroom light poor unless you can reach the over basin light which I couldn’t. Some bathroom lights appeared to not be working.

Stunning view close to the city center

The view is stunning! You can see the mountains and the city . We were at the top floor (4o). Good kitchen with enough utensils for a breakfast or a quick meal. Nice touch to have things like olive oil and salt, for example, or liquid soap in the bathroom.

The stairs are definitely something you should consider if you have big luggage! It would be nice to have more dishwasher and washer machines supplies.

Its tucked away from the busy hustle and bustle. A good size apartment in a quiet location with an excellent baker and general store within a 5 minute walk. Property is well presented, very clean and has washing facilities should you need it. Access to busses are at your doorstep, with town an easy 10 minute walk. Overall beautiful location and well worth staying at.

The location was good for us. The space and view was very nice.

The room we received was very big, it had 2 beds, one in the living room and one in separate room. For us it was perfect, we have a baby who slept in the quite room. The room has all you need for cooking, it was perfect. We received baby cot as requested. The room also has washing machine.

The only thing was that the way into the room was unaccessible. We didn't knew that the building doesn't have an elevator to the room. Luckily we were in the first floor so a few steps didn't matter but if we had higher room it probably would.

Lovely apartment set high above Innsbruck.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. It was fitted out well including dishwasher and washing machine. We were met by Karolina the next day who answered our questions of which there were many. The Botanical Gardens right next door were beautiful and completely accessible. Good public transport.

Insufficient information about the area, guest card, transport etc. Arriving on a Sunday we expected to be met. It felt very unfriendly.
