Delightful, clean, welcoming apartment in a great location.

The location of the apartment was brilliant. Near to everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. The underfloor heating made things very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, the bathroom lovely, and the bedrooms very spacious. It was very quiet at night, which was ideal for restful sleep. We would definitely recommend it.

The property is super clean. Everything that is common is well equipped. Bed is super comfy. All kitchen equipments are well maintained and easy to use. Our family had a good time in this apartment. Good walking about 20 minutes to the train station

No lift. We have to drag our heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. Quite a difficult hike up for older people. Walking is quite a distance to the old town especially for older people. Not enough toilet mat to wipe the toilet floor after a shower because the water is oozing out from the door gap. Difficult to contact the owner via WhatsApp text or even calls. We have to leave a message in booking.com for them to response on our questions n needs. Some questions were not responded. Check out too early at 10am even though we checked in late at 7 pm a few days before. Should have at least given us a check out time at 1130am and a place to store our luggage. There is nowhere to store our luggage’s in the facility as our train is in the afternoon.

Overall I would recommend this place if you don't need fast wifi and aren't carrying a lot of stuff.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. It has thoughtful touches throughout. It was spacious, beautiful and very clean.

The internet is quite poor and often cut out which made it difficult to do video calls when working remotely. It was also up 3-4 flights of stairs (difficult to navigate with skis) but that's not really their fault.

Large rooms, well cleaned. all facilities available in kitchen and bathroom. Small nice balcony. Nice temperature and air inside.

Nothing to complain about. The beds are just a bit hard and pillows big and soft.

The hosts give you perfect indications, the apartment is huge and 6 minutes from the bus and train station. The place is so confortable and you have basic food items once you get there. Would totaly recomend it

The apartment is really spacious and comfy, just a short walk till center of Innsbruck. For sure will book again. Very clean and newly renovated, very modern. We simply loved it.

Location in city centre. Very clean. Nicely decorated. easy access to old town. easy access to restaurants. well-maintained and furnished.

Parking was challenging, but it is in the city centre. Motion sensitive vestibule light would come on if dust blew by.
