Beautiful spacious apartment

The apartment was a nice size for 4 of us. The beds and linens were nice. There’s only one full bathroom but also a half bathroom with toilet and sink so it was fine for us - grandparents and 2 teenage boys. There’s a washing machine and dishwasher. In fact the kitchen is extremely well equipped though there is no microwave. The apartment was spotless which I really appreciated and many appliances seemed pretty new. . There’s a balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment is up one floor with no lift.
There is a bus stop literally round the corner served by several routes including one right to the main railway station. You can actually walk into the old town in 10 minutes. One of the stations to the Top of Innsbruck is also a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There’s a good Spar grocery store 5 minutes away and a few restaurants close by. It really was very convenient but also peaceful.
We were provided with Innsbruck City passes which cover all the local buses and also give some discounts for Top of Innsbruck for example. There is another Innsbruck pass which includes some attractions but that is quite expensive, might suit some people.
I was slightly hesitant when the owners informed me beforehand that we would have to pay a 500 euro deposit in cash on arrival. This is a private residence so not arranged thru an agency so I understand why they do that. It was all conducted well with a receipt etc and our cash was refunded no problem when we left.
If we were to visit Innsbruck again I would certainly consider this apartment.
Only the lack of a microwave but it was a minor factor.

5 min walk from the center, has road parking outside , the apartment is fully equipped. Highly recommended and will use again with out question
