Bare minimum

Location and parking spot.

The apartment has bare minimum facilities - has no TV or washing machine and very few necessary items in the kitchen. It’s also not clean - the floors are dirty. I think it’s ok for one night but not for more than that with a family.

Bad Choice to stay here.

Close to the Innsbruck railway station and other public transport. Free parking is great.

To begin with, It was just a big room with beds and sofa in it. Very dimly lit. Only one light in the entire room. The microwave was not working. No mirror in the house to get ready. Very small Kitchenette. No proper utensils. It started raining when we went. The water started coming inside the house. Not well maintained. Bad choice to take this place.

Apartment is in a great location with easy walking to supermarket, restaurants, attractions etc. The off-street parking spot was also a plus

1. Great location, really close to the city centre. 2. Good price 3. Wifi was good 4. Good availability, was taken just day before travel 5. Parking lot in front of the window

Me and my family stayed only for one night, but we have a lot of things to say... First thing we have noticed was a bad condition of the room and furniture. Dining table and chairs were damaged. The walls had a lot of scratches and one hole from the door handle. Then we go to other part of the apartment - hall and bathroom. The hall has three doors, two of them are closed not from the side of the apartment, so we didn't know who and when can open it - it was scary. The bathroom is a half-basement, freezing, completely dirty room. Layers of dust, damaged ceiling also with a lot of dust. It was completely uncomfortable to use it. When we had a small walk around the town and came back home. We realised that we are not longer able to open the door with the door code was given. The host phone number was unavailable))) but then we found out that anyone can open that door just with pushing it a bit harder than usual - safety! When it came to sleeping, we spread out the sofa, where bed linen supposed to be. And it really was, but with some points. The bad sheet was too small for sofa, one of two pillows is without pillow case, one of two blankets was really small, as for kids (we didn't have any) and also without duvet cover. How can we sleep there(?) Okay, we tried to fix it. Then the soundproof came up and we were trying to sleep with hearing even whispering of our neighbours. When we woke up and tried to cook the breakfast, we found some more surprises like completely dirty room frying pan, absence of the light in the kitchen as well as extractor hood. We weren't even able to warm our food up a little. No, there is a microwave in the apartment, but there is no socket for it!

My worst nightmare as a booking traveler!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Please, stay away from this miserable place! Don’t believe a nice pictures. I and my family had a real trauma after staying in this hole. I’ve booked this apartment on Thursday for a one night to sleepover on our way from Italy to Prague. After receiving the booking email, where was the info about getting to the apartment I waited for two more days for a host to send me the entry code. Nothing happened. On the arrival day, on Saturday around 2pm still no message from the host, I tried to reach him on the phone, but his number was either turned off, or only voice mail. So as people write here, the host just disappeared or ignored me! The interesting part comes after. We arrived around 8pm with 3 little kids (one had a fever). I was standing next to the door which I couldn’t open without a code! There were the guys from next apartment and they also tried to call him, but the host never picked the phone. We spent about 40 minutes just standing. Then I called to customer service of Booking, they tried to reach him via the email, and the miracle happened HE SENT ME THE CODE IMMEDIATELY!!! It’s a real scammer! We entered the apartment and it was disgusting… dirty filthy place! I think pigs live in a better places than this. There were pieces of food in the floor and tables, I liked couple of insects, literally dirt on the floor, someone’s genitalia hair on the toilet sit… Holes on the walls. No coffee machine like on pictures. Not ironed beddings, just turned inside out!!! I doubt if they ever washed it… I called him, and he said that he’s going to give me a discount for this, and he’ll pass my photos to the cleaning service. My daughter was sick and I had no other choice, I covered the beds with my blankets and we stayed till early morning to give her a rest, and then grabbed our things and just ran away… actually this ain’t a living space, this is just a office space with furniture. The toilet looks like a toilet on the railway station.

Dirty location in central Innsbruck. Be very careful booking with this host on this and other locations of him. No respect of cancellation policy. You will lose your money despite the clear cancellation policy. He simply disappear and does not reply.

Perfect place for a small family wanting a great location at an afforafable price.

Make sure you know this is a studio apartment. All the beds, coach, table, and kitchen are all in 1 big room. One bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower, and one bathroom has just a toilet. It's really easy to get to and only a 10-minute walk from the bus/train station. Great location, clean, great wifi.

I wish the 2nd bathroom had a sink. Also, it would be nice to have a TV in the room.

Per arrivare in bagno c’é un gradino per scendere quindi devi stare attento di notte specialmente siamo arrivati e incrociato il ragazzo delle pulizie che non parlava ne italiano ne inglese il tempo di entrare che era fuggito ma l’appartamento era in pessime condizioni: 1 mancava un letto perché la prenotazione era per 5 persone e c’erano fatti 4 letti 3lavandino e doccia non puliti c’erano ancora gli schizzi fi acqua di chi ha alloggiato precedentemente 3puzza di fritto in tutta l’abitacolo 4 il cibo aperto nel microonde e nel frigo 5 macchie a terra palesemente lo straccio non é stato passato 6 la peggiore per fare il 5 letto abbiamo dovuto prendere le lenzuola sotto il divano (macchiato di unto e altre strane macchie) inoltre in mezzo alle lenzuola e agli asciugamani c’erano ciocce di capelli molto vergognoso direi. 7 il riscaldamento in bagno c’era lo scaldabagno il quale l’acqua calda non bastava x tutti inoltre si alternavano momenti un cui era molto freddo e altri in qui si moriva di caldo. Consiglio per gli ospiti se vi danno il primo appartamento fatevelo pulire bene o cambiatelo perché é veramente SCHIFOSO . Abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti e ci hanno detto che nessuno era come il nostro . Inoltre hanno anche voluto pagamento anticipato.
