Lovely apartment close to centre

Great location with tram/bus stop right outside. Lovely and warm - heated floors were fantastic! Staff were wonderful, we were even given a little NY Eve package which was a lovely surprise! Lovely park across the road.

Bathroom door would not stay open so needed to be propped with a towel when trying to get some air in the room after a shower. Quite expensive for the basic presentation of the room.

Good stay for a while

I liked the position, the rooms and the warmth inside. The apartment is new and modern. The beds are quite comfortable, not quite the sofa, but I think it's normal. The staff is kind and friendly.

Really disappointing to pay for the cleanings and not a single towel changed for the whole stay. If you want them to be changed you must pay a surcharge on what you have already paid for the final cleanings on your leave. Not fair in my opinion.

Peaceful and pleasant stay, a great base for exploring Innsbruck.

Very peaceful and pleasant stay. Very close to transport, and I often just walked into the town center, and even to Bergisel. A great base for exploring Innsbruck. It was also very nice to use the sauna area in the evenings!

Everything was really very good. The only very minor thing was that the fridge door (apartment 6) sometimes didn't close all the way. I would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable apartments in a good location.

Location is good with a tram stop right outside. Was given a card to access free tram & bus travel for the duration of my stay. Shopping centre is a short stroll through the park. Didn't use any of the facilities, breakfast, bar, sauna etc. The apartments are accessed via the hotel.

Extra charges upon arrival for cleaning? The grounds to access the apartments could do with better lighting. Until the motion sensor light comes on at the apartments building, it is very dark.

Great place, would stay again.

Easy to find from the Train Station. Trams pass right by the hotel regularly. A 3 Day transit pass was included with my stay. I don't know if it was because I stayed for 3 nights, or it was the off season, but it was nice The front desk people were nice and helpful. Service and food was good at the restaurant. I was in Apartment 5. The apartment was large and well outfitted. Included dish soap in the kitchen and all toiletries you'd expect to find at a hotel. The bed was comfortable. There was no traffic noise even with the windows open on the ground level. The shower pressure was so high I had to turn it down a bit. This is a positive compared to other places I stayed. I needed to use the washing machine and I let the front desk know. It had a finished load of laundry in it when I wanted to use it. After 2 hours I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do to move along the other person. An hour later they called my room, let me know they had found the person and that the machine would be ready for me in 5 minutes. It was a nice touch to know they were actively working on it and called me when it was resolved.

Only one washing machine and it took 3.5 hours to wash one load.

Room was comfortable and relatively clean and conveniently located. Enjoyed the stay.

The location was great for getting to the old town, nearby park and swimming center, and to/from the freeways. Having parking on the property was also a plus. The staff at the desk and restaurant were competent and friendly.

Having more information on the inclusions of the breakfast buffet and costs would have been helpful. We did not see any written information. The room initially smelled a little stuffy and dusty.

Nice, clean, comfy property with private parking for entire family.

The property has private underground parking. They have provided us with local transport cards for the family and it was quite easy and comfortable to get to various locations. It was close for a walk to city center as well but with free card everyone wanted to go with the tram for 3-4 stops. Clean spacious rooms with new equipment including espresso machine.

A nice overall stay

The staffs are very courteous and kind to assist in any questions. Apartment is clean and large. We were even given free welcome pass for transport. It is also near the main train station.

However, the bed was too small for two person (bear in mind we are two asian sized women). While I got the smallest apartment so not sure if u upgrade you’ll get a bigger bed.

The location is great, short walk to the old town center. The apartment rooms are modern and spacious.

The apartments (at least the bigger rooms) seem a bit empty. A bit more investment could be used on the furniture and indoor decor to make them more comfortable.

Excellent hotel, spacious room, lovely staff, well located, super quiet and peaceful.

Lovely hotel, the staff was extremely helpful with recommendations, they were comprehensive about an unfortunate late check-out situation (that was totally our fault). The room was super spacious, very well equipped, with an inner courtyard that makes it super quiet and private. Highly recommended.

Air conditioning would've been welcome, but not an absolute must.

My kid was allergic to something in the room. The hotel didn’t have another room for 4 so we checked out early and yet they didn’t refund for the remaining day. Receptionist referred me to booking.com and booking.com pointed back at the hotel.

The location was good and the room of a good size. The hotel has a good restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was too hot with no way of adjusting the temperature except by opening the windows / patio door. Not ideal.

Zentrale Lage in einem sehr guten Hotel

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Lage top. Straßenbahn direkt vorm Haus.

Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben (Haare im Bad, Küche ein wenig schmierig) - aber ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte eine Appartement.

Fue excelente la atención recibida y, como súper excelente, la ayuda recibida para localizar mi mochila perdida en el tren de Nürnberg a Innsbruck.Destaco también el trabajo profesional de la policía de Alemania.Se recuperó el 100% de su contenido.Todo el personal del Leipziger Hof es amable ,cordial y de excelentes modales.

Klantvriendelijk. Zo was de welcomescard waarmee je gratis van het openbaar vervoer gebruik kon maken, een leuke verrassing! Ook heel schoon en goed verzorgd met zelfs douchemutsje, bodycreme en allerlei toiletartikelen

Ik had wat moeite met de airco. De kamer was eigenlijk erg warm en om een raam open laten was niet handig op de benedenverdieping. Dan was er wel airco waarmee de temperatuur af en toe wel beter werd. Alleen leek ik dan toch n koudje te pakken te krijgen nadat deze weer afsloeg. Kortom lastig om constante fijne temperatuur te krijgen vooral s' nachts.

Decepcion

Me cobraron la limpieza y cuanod la reclame porque no la hacian. Me contestaron que la limpieza se hacia cuando dejabamos el apartamento y no antes.Nunca cambiaron las toallas Eso no me lo dijeron cuando me cobraron. El restaurant no funcionaba por reformas. Me lo dijeron qdespues que me cobraron. En definitiva no es recomendable.

Sehr teure, aber ok gelegene Unterkunft, die ich nicht noch einmal wählen würde.

Die Lage war gut. Großer Hauptraum.

Sehr hoher Preis für die Qualität, die wir erhalten haben. Keine Spülmaschine, wenig Geschirr, Schlafcouch die sehr geknarrzt hat. Es hat nach der Tiefgarage gerochen, die unter der Wohnung war. Ein Stellplatz hat zusätzlich 20 Euro pro Nacht gekostet.

Da ich ein Apartment mit Küche hatte, war ich nicht frühstücken, aber die Speisekarte und das Frühstück sahen sehr gut aus. Da läge ist sehr ruhig.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einer außergewöhnlichen Stadt

Zentral gelegen, nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt und neben dem schönen Park mit Spielplatz für die Kinder. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und das gesamte Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben sofort beim einchecken eine welcome Card für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bekommen, das war toll, so konnten wir uns gleich vor der Haustüre in die Straßenbahn setzen und Richtung Altstadt fahren. Es gab einen kleinen Garten zum Apartment, wir konnten ihn leider nicht nutzen, da es geregnet hat, aber bei schönerem Wetter sicher schön.

Das Bettsofa hat gequietscht, wenn ich mich in der Nacht bewegt habe. Dadurch, dass man in der Küche schläft, konnte man den Kühlschrank nachts arbeiten hören, aber das hat mich persönlich nicht gestört. Ich konnte allerdings hören, wenn andere Personen über uns das Wasser angestellt haben. Für zwei Nächte war das nicht dramatisch, aber ich denke, andere Leute mit leichterem Schlaf könnte das beeinträchtigen. Aber alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
